drift away, or now Y'all come inn seams from the pictures to be a nice enough house, but it shows its age. This house appears to be a recent foreclosure, and is in need of updating. The carpet, beds, dressers, etc need attention. the decks are warped and have nails sticking up all over. the pool area has grass and weeds over growing, the hot tub cover is torn and worn. the aC does not work in a portion of the second floor. the bedrooms are small , the baths are full baths , but tiny and they all have very little furniture and small tv's.
the house does have a nice location, no house on the west side and very little street traffic. you can walk over to the beach if you want, or drive 1 minute up to the access. it does have a pretty nice top floor/lr/kitchen and a nice front driveway area.
all in all, this house is OK. fairly newer, kinda small, kinda worn. for the price i think it is a good value, but if you want spectacular or you are picky, go somewhere else.
on hatteras island, there are a ton of better , nicer houses. and plenty that are worse..
