The property is stylishly furnished throughout and this is evident in the comfort and homely feeling that it conveys. ………………..Just a 2 minutes drive away is the lively resort of Ayia Napa famous for its club scene and a paradise for the young (a resort that never sleeps). The area boasts probably the largest water park in Europe and is well worth a day out. Nissi beach is one of the finest beaches you will find with its golden sand and safe shallow crystal clear waters. For the more energetic water sports are available including boat hire. Ayia Napa boasts many shops, bars and restaurants with menus to suit all tastes. There are numerous bars with sky sports, nightly entertainment and children are welcomed in most. It’s a great destination with something for everyone and a wonderful climate over 340 days of the year.

Pay only 20% deposit and the balance is payable on arrival at our 24 hour Check-In office in Protaras. Pay in cash if preferred to save card charges.
NEW FOR 2011 – LUXURY STATE OF THE ART ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE LOUNGE. Consisting of showers, dressing rooms, hot and cold beverages (compliments of Oceanview), lounge area with Plasma TV and PS2 and surround chill out music.
This villa is suitable for families including children but please note we do not accept bookings for any other groups under the age of 21 or single sex parties.

Bonjour Ă tous,
nous avons tenté, ma fille et moi, la destination de Chypre et fait appel aux services d'Oceanview villas pour la location de cette villa et du transfert, presque à l'aveugle.
Je dois dire que nous avons été littéralement enchantés.
Le personnel a été super accueillant, compréhensif, aidant malgré nos nombreuses demandes.
La villa située sur ayia Napa était juste parfaite, propre, bien equipée et bien située.
Spacieuse, une piscine bien entretenue pendant notre séjour, un barbecue, une table de ping-pong, lecteur DVD, etc.
Ce sera avec grand plaisir d'y séjourner à nouveau.
Néanmoins, nous y étions en très basse saison, à savoir les nuisances à la période haute au regard des petites distances entre les villas?
Encore mille mercis.
