The wonderful views from the living room will simply take your breath away which become even more magical when the sun is setting. This villa is one of the most glamorous properties in our portfolio with elegant modern decoration and a selection of top quality furnishings with lively touches that... create a positive mood. Internet access is included along with Playstation 2 & 3, iPod docking station, Wii console and pay-as-you-go mobile phone. Outside the wooden deck of the patio integrates perfectly with the cozy outdoor lounge, an ideal setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

The villa has air conditioning throughout (for heating or cooling) and a safe is provided for your valuables. This is all included in the rental price. We can supply baby packages or put up beds for a small charge on request.

Just a 5 minutes drive away is the lively resort of Ayia Napa famous for its club scene and a paradise for the young (a resort that never sleeps). The area boasts probably the largest water park in Europe and is well worth a day out. Nissi beach is one of the finest beaches you will find with its golden sand and safe shallow crystal clear waters. For the more energetic water sports are available including boat hire. Ayia Napa boasts many shops, bars and restaurants with menus to suit all tastes. There are numerous bars with Sky Sports, nightly entertainment and children are welcome in most. It's a great destination with something for everyone and a wonderful warm climate over 340 days of the year.
