This exquisite luxury villa is situated in a small complex within a short distance from the beautiful long sandy Nissi beach. The wooden fence which surrounds this property offers seclusion and indulgence to its visitors, but allows them to enjoy magnificent sea views. This villa is spacious inside and out. It is a contemporary house with open-space kitchen, living room and dining area. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathroom or toilet/shower room and plenty of wardrobe space. Its large garden consists of pool area with spacious eating and seating areas, shaded later in the afternoons, where you can enjoy your evening BBQs.
