This house is located in the village of S. Pedro Nordestinho in the western part of Nordeste district. A Casa da Talha is an old country house that has been carefully restored, expanded and, therefore, adapted into the comforts of modern life. The house is located in a 650 m2 plot of land, totally fenced, which has been turned into a garden.
A Casa da Talha has a double bedroom, with a king size bed, a living room with a wood burning stove, a completely equipped kitchen, including a traditional wood-oven, and a bathroom. From May 1st to Sep 30th an individual extra bed can be installed at the living room. Price per night: 15 eur.
On a request basis and free of charges a cot can be made available.
30% pre payment is requested. The balance can be paid at the arrival with cash.

an excellent refurbished house with all comfort you need. beautiful views to the sea, nice remote countryside. the house has a wonderful wintergarden with barbecue facilities. very helpful landlord who is very passionate about giving a real insight into azorean culture and nature. very warm welcome with lots of tipps for sightseeing including recommendations for local food. we felt to be in very good hands and really home away from home

We enjoyed our stay in the rurale house in the middel of the village with a perfect view of the atlantic.
The Landlord was very helpfull, telling us places for walking and bringing us local specialities.
