The new and stylish apartment receives 2 guests on 30 m² of living space in a popular quiet area of Bad Nauheim, next to downtown and spa gardens. The Sprudelhof facilities are 2 min walk away. The unit is on the 4th floor (elevator) of a historical building. Parking is available for a small fee (subject to availability).

The hallway holds a large closet providing plenty of storage space. The bright living area follows with hardwood floors, a stereo system, and a digital television. The sleeping section is separated by a low wall. It has two twin beds (90 cm) that can be put together if needed.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a microwave oven with grill function, a ceramic stovetop, and a cozy dining area. A comfortable dining room is also found downstairs when you feel like eating outside the apartment.

The small bathroom is completely renovated. It comes with a shower, a washbasin, and a hair dryer. Bath towels are ready for you.

In the basement you find a washer and dryer that can be used for a fee. This is a nonsmoking apartment.
