Villa Tosca is a characteristic and welcoming ancient tuscan country house surrounded by the vegetation. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Tosca you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside and of the hills. Villa Tosca is 160 square meters (1720 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden and winter heating.
You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Badia Agnano , where you will find the shops and the stop for the local bus. You will find the closest restaurant at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles).
To stay at Villa Tosca you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the... premises, in a reserved parking space.
Villa Tosca and Casa Renza apartments are part of a small complex of holiday houses made up of three buildings. One of the building is Villa Tosca, while in the other two buildings there are five apartments.
The three buildings, that were originally three ancient farmhouses, have been tastefully restored. The structure and the large spaces of the ancient-times Tuscan country houses have been kept intact.
The buildings are surrounded by four hectares (10 acres) of land and by the vegetation and the peace of the gentle Tuscan hills. All around, from any point of the garden, your sight will be able to wander free over an uninterrupted horizon of hills, covered here and there by the neat rows of Chianti vines, or by the silver-green leaves of the olive trees, or by the dark green of the oak woods.
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, from 1.40 meter (4.6 feet) to 1.7 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the Chianti hills and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-May until the end of September.
The garden is partly shaded by century-old oak trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the Chianti hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine and a clothes dryer at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
The patio is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside.
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa , an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request -- please contact our staff in advance). There is a big fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has two windows.
The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. There is a table to seat eight guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden.
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the corridor.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the vegetation and of the hills. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the vegetation and of the hills. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The room has a window with a view of the vegetation and of the hills.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Seven of us spent a week at the villa. We had a seven passenger van and we drove all over Tuscany visiting many incredible towns and villages. Coming home everyday to the villa was amazing. We did all our shopping in town daily and cooked incredible meals on the outdoor grill. We swam in the pool everyday and had our morning coffee overlooking the beautiful countryside. I am looking forward to returning there soon.
