We are located in a private subdivision, most houses nearby are large and of modern design. As Baguio is situated in a natural basin, most places are very easily accessible to each other and not too much traveling distance between points of interest. This is what makes Baguio such a great destination, as not much of your time is spent travelling from one place to another. Taxis pass our frontage and Jeepnies are just nearby. If you are traveling with your own vehicle, then we have secure onsite parking allocated for each apartment.
You can also hire our 12 - 15 seater van with Professional driver/guide for your trip from Manila, and your local tours of the sights of Baguio.

My family and I would like to extend our sincerest thanks to you for making our short vacation too convenient and well worth it. Your van service made our 4-day tour very comfortable for us adults and for my 5-month old baby. And it's always a surprise for everyone who hears me say that we have saved more by taking your van (the entire time) than by publicly commuting - from Manila to Baguio to Subic and Clark!
I couldn't agree better with your loyal guests' positive reviews. I am not surprised that you have an excellent driver/guide under your employ either; I'm sure it's your management and influence. Boy was very prompt with schedules and in responding to texts. He was very flexible and was always polite. And we liked that he never gave unsolicited opinions/suggestions regarding our itinerary unless he was asked.
Peter, it was so nice meeting you! We all didn't expect you are fun, accommodating and generous. We all became your fans in an instant! I regret not meeting you, Jhoie but I sure look forward to seeing you if I get a chance to go back and finally take your beautiful place for our accommodation. Your apartment unit that we got to check was so clean and clearly well-maintained. And that attic/room was a very interesting corner for kids (and me) too. :) I will definitely recommend your apartment and van service to my friends.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We received the quality service on a very good rate. We were very thankful we to Mdm Jhoie and Sir Peter for the warmth welcome. They waited for us up until past 10 in the evening just to welcome us. The place was very homey and very clean. We even got a free service for our clothes in the dryer tab!
We got an a-Service with the driver from Manila all the way to Baguio plus the day tour that we had. They even accommodate our craziness with the videoke request but unfortunately the mic was not working yet still we enjoyed the night. Our driver even offer us the midnight ukay-ukay in Baguio City.
I'd highly recommend your house to friends. For the good service, it is not a question that we've pass on your contact details from one friend to another (just like me - got ur info from Honey Galgo).

Stayed here from Jan 3-5,2013 and it was fabulous! The whole family had been very comfortable and relax the whole time were here almost feeling we're in our own home. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by two uniformed lady attendants who are very friendly. I am personally very particular about the bathroom, kitchen and the beds which I found very satisfactory. The linens are clean and fresh and the apartment is furnished and don't think you need more. The location is certainly very convenient to points of interest ie Burnham Park, John Hay. The barbecue area is definitely a plus but unable to use it due to a very short stay. What I liked best is that Peter and Jhoie (owners) were personally available for any assistance they can offer and had established an instant camaraderie. Last but not the least is their honesty when they confirmed they found the ring which my sister lost during our very brief stay.

The warmth of the owner will welcome you and she is just a text away if you want to ask tips about places to see and things to buy. Place is secure and is nestled in a residential area away from the smog of the city center. You'd need to have a private car otherwise it will be a long walk from the main road and the road winds up and down. House is fully equipped and you can cook as well.

For those who dont have their own cars, there are many taxis going past our front gate and usually there is only a few minutes wait. There is also a Jeepnie waiting shed just 100 meters from our place. The taxi fare going to the city center is just 72 peso, and it is approx 5 minute ride. Best wishes for the New Year, Jim.

I highly recommend this vacation house. Everything about this place is wonderful. When my family and I arrived, we were welcomed by the owners, Peter and Jhoie, who are absolutely the friendliest people. Even the house crews are very friendly and accommodating. The place is very clean and cozy. It was our home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and very close to public transportation. If you have your own transportation, there is also a safe parking space, not to mention it has a separate driver's quarters. The location is very close to the city. Almost everything we needed was there. And yes, you can cook. They have a nice kitchen with all the basic utensils. This place will definitely be our place whenever we go to Baguio.

We stayed at the Transient House for 3 nights, 23 to 26 Nov. 2012. There were 5 of us- Me, my daughter, my sister, who was visiting from the U.S, her american husband, and son. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jhoie and her husband, Peter (husband and wife were both so sweet and accommodating). We stayed at the apartment 1, the 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment was lovely, nicely decorated (with Christmas decors and lights), very neat and tidy. The kitchen was equipped with the basic utensils/amenities including a stove, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, ref., etc. The rooms although were a bit small were clean, the mattresses comfortable, the bed covers smelled sweet. The bathroom was bit small too but it was clean and it had water heater in it. At the front is a parking space that can accommodate 3 cars, and is equipped with a security camera, and a light censor. We felt very secure in the apartment. Wi-fi is free and getting connected was not a problem. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Baguio. Overall, the apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Again, to Peter and Jhoie, thank you for your warm hospitality, you really made our stay more memorable.

Great couple, Peter and Jhoie. They were warm and gave us a feeling of family.
Excellent place! We were planning to do sight-seeing activities and have our meals outside but with the perfect facility, particularly the kitchen and its complete utensils, appliances, grill and all...we chose to dine-in instead. As stated, you only have to bring the food to cook and toiletries. We stayed at apartment #4. We were at home.
If you have vehicles, not to worry about parking and security. The neighborhood is peaceful, restful and quiet. We parked our vehicles outside of the apartment's gates with no worries.
The place is easily accessible to taxis going to and from Baguio City Proper. We did not have to take our vehicles when we went sight seeing.
Overall, kudos to Peter, Jhoie and their home away from home. Baguio's cold climate was no contest to the warmth we felt...Outstanding!!

My fiance and I had the wonderful pleasure of staying in one of Jhoie and Peters apartments for seven nights in early august of this year(2012). And without any disappointment, from the moment we got to the front gate we had someone there to welcome us and show us our new home for the next week. The service was second to none, we where welcomed as part of the family and received far more help and information from Peter and Jhoie about our surroundings, attractions and little tips for our stay than was required of anyone, and some. The pictures i had seen of Baguio Transient before my stay there do it no justice. Baguio is a Spectacular place to visit, and choosing to stay here made it all the more special, it truly has everything we needed and was spotless, and being situated near the top of a hill gives a beautiful view over the rooftops and into the mountains, stunning. We had no problems with transportation as there was regular taxi's and jeepney's that drove by, its the perfect location, we were just far enough from the center of Baguio to be able to enjoy some peace and relaxation but not so far as to be a hindrance to go anywhere, only 5/6 minutes drive to SM Mall and Burnham Park. Overall our stay at Baguio Transient was as close to perfection as possible.
Best of all we were made to feel very much at home by Jhoie, Peter and all the wonderful staff working there. Thank you so much :-)

This Transient House is pretty good ! We're just left from the apartment for our holiday with my husband Mike a Chinese and my whole family. We have a good break and vacation while stay with Peter & Jhoie apartment. It's amazing , the arrangement of the house is wonderful, perfect, beautiful, very neat and clean, everything you need in kitchen is completely there ,an appliances , microwave , oven etc.. Like your own house . So comfortable and relaxing , we like it with my husband as well! There's no disturbance around so secure, very quiet neighboorhood it's very peacefully environment . The owner Peter & Jhoie , there such a wonderful and always cheerful, very understanding couple .. I was impressed the property and the location of Transient House. The best! I'll make sure to book their Transient every time . We will be there so soon in Baguio again . Thank you Peter & Jhoie for making our holiday wonderful ! This transient house is the best. Truly, a home away from home for you will find everything that you might need in the house. From the amenities to utensils. The house is also equipped with an automatic motion sensor. It is located just nearby the downtown and anyone wouldn't find any trouble in locating the place. On top of it all, the owners Jhoie & Peter are just great! They're such a wonderful couple, very accommodating, pleasant to talk with and very warm. I'll make sure to book on their transient every time I'll be in Baguio again. You're money is worth it and they are very much worthy to recommend to your family, friends and colleagues. Kudos! our stay in the Baguio Vacation House was one of the best memories we would ever treasure and remember for the rest of our lives. we feel that we belong. we can say that the place is very cozy, very comfy and very clean and neat. we really feel so secure when we were in the place. the people behind the Baguio Vacation House are truly accommodating and very kind. we never felt strangers with them. surely, when we celebrate our anniversary, we will again visit the City of Pines, and we will surely stay in the same place where we stayed when we celebrated our monthsary and post-bday celebration of my hubby.

Took my mother and my entire family for a quick get away in Baguio. Found this very cozy apartment online and it was the best decision. It's very clean and the place was well kept. The owners were accomodating and friendly. What I like best was the location. It's very close to all the attractions in Baguio. It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The view from the terrace of the apartment is just exhilarating. I was able to relax and enjoy the bonding time with my family, most of all. For the value--I give it a 4 star. Truly Superb for the quality of the property.

We stayed for 5 days and were very impressed by the accomadations. Peter and Jhoie were like friends, actually we are friends now! I strongly suggest that you stay here, we will never stay anywhere else. We were close to everything. They were even nice enough not to complain of us singing videoke.. We love ya both (Peter and Jhoie).. see you again soon!
