We stayed with our familiy five days at the apartment.
Everything was perfect : managment, owner, location, building.
We were contacted before our arrival date by the owner directly and made all the arrangements for ckeck in with him.
I really recommend this property and will rent it again for my next visit to Miami -

We stayed at the condo with our two kids (7 and 4) during spring break. The condo is excellent - brand new, right on the beach, with a fully equipped kitchen, in a great building (gym, massage therapist, yoga classes, store on the premises, excellent pool, valet parking). It is also very convenient to both Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The beach is private with gated access and supplies chairs with cushions. All-in-all, a very Carribean-esque vacation.
