This remodeled home is only 7 homes from the South Bay front of beautiful Balboa Island. 2 Bedrooms and 1 1/2 Baths. One KIng Bed and One Queen bed with all linens included. Large screen TV with satellite in Living room and TVs in all bedrooms. Living room has a wood burning fireplace. Dining Room and large fully equipped kitchen. Front and back Patio with gas BBQ. Garage with washer and dryer. Wireless internet.

Left on 02/17/2010 for a stay in July 2009
This super-clean and updated beach house was the
perfect place for our family's summer vacation. We
felt right at home, with all the necessary kitchen
and bath amenities. They provided a television in
every room, including a flatscreen in the living
room, wireless internet, dishwasher and plenty of
room on the back porch to keep our bikes and beach
toys. There was a washer and dryer available in the
garage, so we didn't have to use the local
laundromat. Very convenient!! Also, we loved being
able to relax on the large front porch. Since the
main street is a block away, we were able to
quickly walk over to the grocery store, restaurants
and shopping. My toddler son spent most of his
time at the bay, which was steps away from the
home. This made restroom and lunch breaks quick so
we were able to get back to the beach in no time. I
honestly cannot say enough about this rental. We
plan on coming back next summer for another
vacation and would not stay anywhere else!
