This remodeled home is only 7 homes from the South Bay front of beautiful Balboa Island. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths.Two KIng Beds and two twin beds with all linens included. Large screen TV with satellite in Living room and TV also in king in bedrooms. Living room has a gas log fireplace. Dining Room and large fully equipped kitchen. Large front Patio with gas BBQ. Washer and dryer. Wireless internet. 1 block from the center of town. 1/2 hour from Disneyland, 15 minutes from Orange County Airport, 1 1/2 hours from San Diego. 15 minute walk to the ferry and the Pacific Ocean and the Balboa Fun Zone. Fish from the Public piers.

We stayed at this lovely property during the Christmas holidays and had a great time. The upstairs unit is steps away from shops, restaurants, and the walkway that leads along the bay around the entire island. This home is quiet, cozy, convenient, clean, stocked, comfortable, quaint, cute and perfect for a traveler who wants to feel like they are home.
