The property was very clean, the neighbors very nice, the TV and internet access worked, the management team was responsive and reasonable when asked questions. For the most part we did not need our car once there. We could walk to the beach, Fun Zone, restaurants and the fishing shop. One criticism is that the beds were not very comfortable and the garage could not handle a large SUV.

We will pass along the feedback about the bed, we do our best to do upgrades to each property every year. The garage at this property is tricky, because it is tandem (one behind the other) and it goes underground the clearance is very tight. had a wonderful time. The view of the beach from the house was just great. Home is somewhat small, and a bit pricey for its size, but had a very relaxing time.

Sharon and I had a great time! The view was excellant and we are going to miss the Sunsets.
Burr White was very cooperative and responsive to our needs. We really liked James a lot. He was available whenever we needed anything. We like the fact that we were close to shops and food and we do plan to come back! Thanks again for everyone's hospitality. Steve & Sharon -

This rental was a wonderful place to stay after the hustle and bustle of Disney. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the place overall was above what we had expected as far as the view and the comfort of the place. Loved having the washer and dryer right in the unit and all the amenities of home included! Thank you for a great time!
