This cleverly designed cottage features a reverse floor plan and sweeping ocean views from the second floor living area and deck. A pirate's ladder leads to a children's loft hideout. The upstairs sitting room includes a daybed and trundle. The downstairs bedroom sleeping arrangements have been totally redesigned, now featuring a new king bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, and a queen and a twin in the third bedroom.
