What makes our Villa different from all the others?

1. We are the only Vacation Rental property that provides our Guests with a very discrete Villa Manager who lives in the Area in a separate house, to help you with your stay and be there for you for whatever you need at no extra charge. The Villa manager can also bring your groceries to the Villa without any extra charges (other than the shopping bill), or guide you in places during... your stay, help you organize your trips, give you tips for the island you will otherwise would not find anywhere else. For us, throwing you the keys and leaving you without a helping hand is out of the question.

2. We are the only Vacation Rental property that offers you a full breakfast buffet with no extra charge - our clients were so happy so far that we decided to extend breakfast for the full season, beyond August, and upto the end of October. We found out that breakfast while renting a Villa solves a big issue our guests had: having to wake up early, start preparing morning meals for everyone, going out shopping for breakfast, or eat it out; doesn't sound like a relaxing holiday, does it? Problem solved.

And we run our Villa with a few important goals in our minds.

We want our visitors to refresh themselves for a full year escaping daily routine. Change it to letting their senses free to enjoy spectacular sunrises and majestic sunsets in beautiful natural surroundings.

We want our visitors assured that someone else is taking care of them and their loved ones for a while. We help them relax and enjoy a week or two off, with a bit of privacy. Maybe resting on a summer bed all morning and afternoon next to their private Jacuzzi swimming pool, reading books. Or take it easy, sipping coffee from their balcony starring at the seafront while our rich inclusive breakfast buffet is being prepared.

Others spend their days playfully snorkeling or fishing at the small beach-an easy 10 minute walk- diving in the warm crystal sea; there are other beaches in the area at driving distance, much larger and much better for you to choose from and do your swimming and tanning. You can also enjoy real Mediterranean food made by a local family on a small tavern next to the sea just nearby.

For the really active people we arrange sea sports and sea boat trips locally. Not to mention arranging excursions, visits, safaris and tours through many established offices in Crete.

For those wishing to keep up with their office, we fire up our Wireless Internet and keep their laptops connected and working happily at speeds reaching 10MBps, at no extra cost.

For anyone wishing to stay in, we have everything in place. From home entertainment, to partying and barbequing, home cooking, whatever; it is simply a matter of choice.

The Villa

Built on a 1,370.00 sq.m. land site, occupying a 146.70 sq.m. area. The villa can accommodate 6 people. The design is modern. The house has 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds together and 1 more bed, and a third bedroom - 'onta' with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms one with bathtub and one with shower.There is a fully equipped kitchen and living room.

Services included

Breakfast buffet for everyone, until 10am.

Wireless Internet at 19Mbps.

There is a welcome basket with wine, fruit juices and milk.

The sheets and linen are changed every second day.

You can use the nearby beach just 10 minutes walk, and we can provide you with umbrellas, beach towels, chairs and beds.

You can use the BBQ at your discretion. We can deliver shopping from the local markets as long as we know one day in advance.

  When we booked, we did not expect that the house would be so nice; actually the place was brand new with a swimming pool and everything. We were 6 people and had great time. We spent our mornings next to the swimming pool reading newspapers, listening to music. The last day of our stay, the manager of the hotel arranged a ‘good bye’ dinner at a beautiful local tavern just across the house, and there was a dance group that came along to dance for us with Cretan lyra music and everything. Overall, we wish we could stay more but it was just not possible. John, Claire thank you for your help when we needed it. I hope that we see you all this year.

  The only thing we have to say is that it was one of the best vacations we had for quite some time. The only bad thing was that we could not see our mails, because there was no Internet; the manager promised that there will be Internet this year.
