Term & conditions

Rates are subject to 11 % Government Tax and 10%Service Charge.
Minimum stay 3 nights for low and high season.
Deposit payments 50% due to confirm your reservation, once the deposit is received it is non refundable.
The balance of payment is required 14 days prior to arrival or balance of payment is required on the day of arrival, once the balance is received it is also Non refundable.
No show without prior cancellation will be charged at 100% cancellation fee.
A 50% charge from paying rate applies for late check out until 06:00pm (based on availability).
In case of early check out, a 50% charge of the total value of the remaining nights will be applied.
Special bookings within 20 December until 8 January must be for a minimum of 5 nights stay.
Accepted Credit Cards: Master Card, Visa and Amex.
Payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate, in accordance with Indonesian Government regulations, Credit Card Bank charges will be 3% for Master Card and Visa and 4% for American Express, Telegraphic Transfer (the amount transferred must be including any bank fees).
For last minute bookings (within 10 days or less) full payment on the day of arrival in USD or AUD cash is acceptable.
Children from 0-4 years old using baby cot will be charged at US$18 nett per night.
Children 4-17 years old using extra bed will be charged at US$37 nett per night include breakfast.
