Excellent choice for group accommodation!

We booked this house based on the great reviews and we were not disappointed! The place was extremely well- presented with modern furniture and amenities that exceeded our expectations (such as Wiis and iPod docks). We stayed as a group of adults but the house would also be perfect for families with children.

My wife and I and our 4 young children thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at the Executive Townhouse. It is very conveniently located near the town centre and walking distance to Lake Wendouree, local suoermarket and shops. We found the property to be equipped with everything we needed and more and we felt truly spoiled by the luxury appointments including spa bath, flat screen TV,s, complementary " wifi"' expresso coffee machine, Wii games, luxury bedding and furniture to name just a few. The kids especially loved the wonderful collection of toys. We were also very pleased to revceive such personal and friendly service from the owner, Julie anne.

• "We stayed as interstate corporate visitors at the Executive Townhouse for 4 nights. Right from the initial booking I was impressed with Julie-Anne's enthusiastic demeanor and professionalism promising an anticpated good stay. On arrival we were pleasantly confronted with a spacious, modern, well appointed townhouse with essential inclusions such as garage (with auto roller door), large solid dining table (doubling as a board room table), wireless internet, functional kitchen, and very comfortable beds. Also all kitchen and laundry consumables , emergency items, and contingency needs were thought of and provided what I reflected as 'details with care'. We enjoyed Julie-Anne's personal touch with a luscious fruit and cheese platter accompanied with Corona beer plus the Nespresso coffee machine with a cache of canistors that you 'load into the breech'. Julie-Anne even dropped in to show us laggards how to use the ancillary Nespresso milk preparation device to make cupacinnos or lattes. I would highly recommend this townhouse to prospective guests. It represents good value and exceptional service."
