Just spent a great week in October 2012 with extended family at Flat in Ballito. Loved the location of the facility. Very modern feel to the flat, great views - 180 degree sea views - pity some of it blocked off by the roof in front. Loved the 144 sqm balcony - spent quality time there. Great thought with welcoming gifts. Also enjoyed quality walks along the beachfront. Ballito is a great base for exploring the wider areas. We took a couple of drives to Durban - visited Ushaka etc.
Only 2 negatives - the front door needs fixing. Balcony needs to be cleaned more regularly as it becomes sticky. -

Very large and spacious but somehow felt disappointed when we arrived.
Perhaps it's because large balcony seems disconnected from sea because of large roof area in front.
Welcome pack much appreciated. Lots of towels. Serviced daily.
a/c was much needed and efficient but units were dirty/greasy.
Some mouldy smells (especially main bedroom) and bed-side cloths were mouldy.
Well equipped.
Swimming pool, even though serviced daily, was not clean enough for us to go in.
Saw dolphins from balcony.
Ballito/Durban not the best place we stayed in South africa and we would not return here.
Certainly 4 nights here was too much.
