Response from the manager Thank you for taking the time to provide your review. I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your chosen property. We try to be as transparent as possible with our listings, and can see the property is very cosy. The amenities are listed in full, and regrettably this particular property does not offer a dishwasher. As all our properties are self-catering, owners are not obligated to provide extensive provisions, however a 'starter pack' is recommended to welcome guests on arrival. I can assure you that all of our properties undergo a full changeover after each booking, and beds are stripped in full, washed and re-made ready for the next guests. If you wish to discuss your experience with us, we are contactable on 01244 345700. Kind Regards, The Customer Service Team
