Bay View is a luxury holiday apartment in Waren Mill, a converted grain mill dating from Norman times. Waren Mill’s 16 apartments have been fitted and furnished to the highest standards, and Bay View has three bedrooms - two doubles (one with en-suite) and one twin. The bathroom and kitchen are extremely well-equipped and the open plan living room has attractive leather furniture. The apartment is on the first floor and has stunning views over to Lindisfarne. Bay View is a wonderful haven for those looking for a relaxing break in this beautiful part of Northumberland.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The welcome pack was exceptional,the apartment was clean and lacked nothing ,even candles for emergency lighting.The location was ideal for reaching both north and south coast areas by road.Walks were possible to the coast and Bamburgh.The disadvantages were the stairs and the lack of immediate access to the bay from the property.

We stayed at Bay view in august 2010 and we were impressed with every aspect of our stay. The appartment was outstanding, beautifully furnished to a very modern finish and very well equipped.
The views over the bay and Holy Island were super, a bird spotters paradise!
The local beaches were all unspoilt and all within a short drive.
The check in process was lovely, we went back to visit the shop again,{Their sandwiches are very highly recomended!] with the welcome pack very well recieved, a very thoughtful touch to a super holiday.
The only downside to this appartment was the problems with odour from the outside septic tank, but otherwise a perfect place to stay! -

the service from sykes was fantastic unfortunately the service from the lady who owns the property was not the best, that said, the property was an absolute delight with stunbning views which were unfortunately slightly obscured by two tress that either need trimming or cutting down. The local area is a fantastic place to visit and with the proprty being self catering local ameties i.e shops and restaurants are within a 3 mile drive. Everything about the place is of a high standard and I would definatly book through sykes again.

Wonderful accomodation. Ideal for all abilities as a lift is available, also
entry from street level, therefore no stairs. The rear entry there are stairs
but the lift is available. Situated in an ideal spot for touring
Northumberland. We were so impressed we will be staying again in Spring
of 2010.
