The property is an immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse on 3 levels, suitable for up to 6/8 persons. There are spacious living areas, a garden, luxurious roof terrace and magnificent ocean views. The property is fully equipped, with safety deposit boxes in all bedrooms and access to wireless internet. All rooms are impeccably finished and fully furnished to a high standard.
The cost of electricity and water is also payable by guests during their stay.

Khao Laem Ya: Camping place where you can spend the night in a Tropical jungle in a tent. It's a great experience to enjoy nature listen to the sounds of the jungle when you go to sleep. Tents can be rented on site.
Ban Phe: This charming harbour town is the main port to the island of Koh Samed. Many boats and ferries leave from here daily. Here you will also find banks, supermarket, and many other shops, restaurants and markets.
Koh Kruai, Koh Kham, and Koh Pla Tin: Nearby islands of Koh Samed, great for fishing around, especially squid fishing in the night.
Koh Thalu: Scuba diving site among coral reefs.
Khao Bo Thong: Rock climbing on Koh Samed.
Laem Mae Phim: Another great long beach, nice for swimming, Many seafood Restaurants are available along the beach.
Koh Man Nai: Turtle conservation station initiated by Her Majesty the Queen.
Koh Man Klang and Koh Man Nok: Beautiful Tropical islands with white sandy beaches which also has great snorkelling around them.
Supattra Land Orchard: This orchard is open for the public to explore the farm by car or by foot and enjoy various kinds of fresh tropical fruits such as durian, rambutan, mangosteen, and many more. Visitors can self pick and sample ripe fruits straight from the trees. (Reservations must be made in advance)
Khao Chamao - Khao Wong National Park: Nature trails which has some of the most beautiful waterfalls in the province.
