Newly renovated, with sunroom with lakeview, and private beach.We rent 4 cottages in Beautiful Bancroft, On, on Faraday Trout Lake. Bancroft is just 10 mins away with both shopping and interesting sight seeing for all ages. All of the cottages feature a gorgeous lake view. This cottage comes equipped with a full Kitchen with small and large appliances including Kuerig coffee maker, bathroom with shower/tub combo and, 2nd 2pc bathroom, satelite T.V, and DVD player and limited WI-FI. This has cottage has been recently renovated with brand new kitchen cabinets, counter top, sink and tap. Washrooms have been updated with new fixtures and counter tops. As well, a new laminate wood flooring, and vinyl flooring has been installed. Cottage offers a lovely deck with patio furniture, propane BBQ, and a private beach with rowboat. Life jackets (PFD's) are available for adults in limited sizes upon request. We also provide a paddleboat which is shared amongst the cottages. All garbage and recyclables are to be removed upon departure and taken to the local dump, which is only 7.3 kms from our cottages. The dump is open till 5pm everyday except Tuesday-Thursday.

House rules

No Smoking is allowed within the cottage. We ask that if smoking outside that all buts be picked up and put in the garbage. All garbage and Recyclables must be taken to the local dump upon departure, which is open on weekends till 5pm and is only 15 mins max from the property. A max of 2 Pets per cottage are allowed. No pets on the furniture. We require that the guests pick up after their animal on the property. PFD's will be provided for adults only!

Response from the owner We appreciate the feedback that our guests leave as we can't improve our cottages without them. We try to be at the cottages when our guests arrive and if we can't we will leave the cottage open and clean for them and will follow up with a text or phone call as to when we will be over to show them around the property and cottage. It is unfortunate that another guest left some toiletries in the shower Cady we will make more of a effort to check into that, we will also make sure to replace the bulb in the shower. We have had the fridge serviced after this guests stay. Unfortunately in the town of Bancroft there is only 1 place to have service done on appliances and they were fully booked during this guest stay. We fully appreciate the feedback from this guest and have sorted the pots and pans and replaced them with a matching set, and have provided this cottage with a new electric kettle. As for the situation with the garbage all guests are made aware prior to arrival that we provide 1 clear garbage bag and all garbage and recyclables must be removed upon departure. The local dump is only a max of them of 10-15 mins away from the cottages and is on the way home on hiway #28. The local dump is open on weekends up untill 5pm for cottagers within the area for their convince. Upon this guests departure we have done our best to make improvements to this rental cottage. Although we greatly appreciate all feedback, we ask that our guests let us know of issues we need any to address prior or during their stay so that we can make their stay enjoyable while on the property.
