Marshall, IllinoisBeautiful place, perfect stay!
Left on 10/10/2012 for a stay in September 2012
We stayed at the Coquille Point condos for the whole month of September. It was the vacation of a lifetime. We could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. From the handwritten "welcome" note included with wine, cheese & crackers to our last beautiful sunset viewed from the upstairs deck, our month in Bandon has been ideal. Rick & Marilyn anticipated every need from a well-appointed kitchen to the wonderful open concept living area geared toward entertainment and activities. It was obvious that a great deal of thought and effort went into providing a clean, comfortable vacation spot for guests. This condo is convenient to the best of Bandon; access to great beaches, walking distance to "Old Town", restaurants, shopping, the community theatre, the library and so much more. We are already talking about our next visit.

Corvallis, OR.Your search is over, fantastic place.
Left on 09/22/2011 for a stay in September 2011
We loved everything about this place. It was immaculately clean, and has everything you would need, even beach toys for the kiddies. The kitchen is fabulous, and is supplied with every cooking utensil. All of the tools are top quality. It is even supplied with lots of spices and many condiments. There is a bottle of wine and cheese as a welcome gift. One of our traveling companions is an executive chef and he was very impressed. Nice ocean view and a short walk to a view of the whole beach. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable furniture and beds. This rental is a great deal and is cheaper than the local hotels, Best Western for example. There is no comparison. We can't wait to go back.

ReddingA Wonderful Getaway
Left on 10/31/2010 for a stay in October 2010
The seven nights we spent in this vacation rental were a very positive experience. The 'home away from home' was equipped with every amenity available, the facility was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Having a garage in which to park our vehicle was an added plus (and an automatic garage door opener would have been a nice 'added touch' :) ). We briefly saw Rick the day we arrived in Bandon, but never did have the opportunity to meet Marilyn. We thank you for making our first vacation of 2010 very special.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We do have garage door openers. All one has to do is ask for one or anything else that you may need while staying in the vacation rental.

This year was the fourth time that we have been guests at the Seaview Townhouse for an extended period of time. As the name implies, you can view the ocean from the living and dining rooms and it is only a couple of hundred yards to the stairs that lead to the beach. Old Town Bandon is within walking distance as are the city park and theater. The house itself is absolutely wonderful. The bedrooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated and the deck is sunny and wind-protected. We have stayed in vacation rentals in the us and abroad, and have never been in any other place that was so well appointed. You want to cook Thanksgiving dinner for a large group or bake cakes? Not a problem, you will find everything you need in the kitchen. Friends of yours with small children stop by? Not a problem, there are sippy cups, baby spoons, a high chair and even a baby bed available. There is a gas grill with a full set of utensils, a modern washer and dryer, beach chairs and toys and a full closet of board games and puzzles of all kinds. In addition, you have high-speed internet access, cable TV in each bedroom and in the living room, a DVD player, a full stereo system, and a media collection (including movies for the kids). But it is also fun at night to sit by the gas fireplace and to listen to the ocean waves and the distant foghorn. While we don't play golf, others might want to know that there are 3 golf courses nearby - one of them being the top-ranked Bandon Dunes Golf Course. Rick and Marilyn have thoughtfully compiled a very comprehensive guest book that gives information on area restaurants and activities.
In sum, the Seaview Townhouse is a truly wonderful place for anyone to spend a vacation on the southern Oregon coast whether you go in the summer or any other time of the year.

Gold Hill, ORBeautiful ocean-view location for family and friends
Left on 09/09/2010 for a stay in May 2010
This vacation rental was very nice and had everything we needed. The twin beds upstairs worked well for a kids room although that would make a perfect king suite (beds put together) too! The bedroom downstairs was very nice too. We loved the view from the upstairs living room best. The location was perfect too, right near a path down to the beach. We went tide pooling every morning. The ride in to downtown was very short and it was fun to go to the dock and shop in the stores.
