Pelican Point is a new contemporary 2160 sq ft two story house in the seaside resort of Bandon by the Sea. A beautiful vacation home set a short stroll away from the miles of endless beaches. Quiet setting, so close to the ocean, you can hear the pounding of the waves against the shore. The very light traffic make this area a great area for walks and bicycling.

A wonderful vacation get away whether for two or small groups of up to 8 people. (three bedrooms and hide a bed).

Spacious gourmet kitchen with rich granite counters, custom cabinetry, island kitchen await the chef in the group. There is a serve thru bar conveniently locate...d between the kitchen and the dining room. The modern kitchen is equipped with quality appliances to make those 'meals on the go' or gourmet feasts more enjoyable.

The open floor plan with its high ceilings and cozy fireplace make the living area a great place to visit and catch up with friends and family while the chef in the group can still take part in the conversation.

This is a no smoking, no pet vacation home.

This beautiful custom home has three upstairs bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a half bath downstairs. Master bedroom has a very comfortable California King tempurpedic bed fit for a king with his queen, and ample cabinets and closet space for your stay, the other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds also has ample cabinets and closet space. Master bathroom has jetted jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower.

The living room is very open and spacious with high ceilings and large windows. Vertical blinds for privacy on most of the windows. Relax in one of the comfortable couches and chairs as you watch programs from a large flat screen TV or watch the warm flames from the fireplace or use your laptop through the build in WiFi.

Dining room with table will easily accommodate 8. and is next to a large modern kitchen. A convenient wet bar is located between the kitchen and the living room.

A short walk away are the endless miles of pristine beaches with its breathtaking dunes and rock formations, the wonderful sunsets and all the wonders Mother Nature has bestowed on the southern Oregon coast.

Close by are great restaurants, golf courses, hiking, horseback riding, clamming, wildlife viewing, beach combing, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, just to name a few things to do in the area.

  The listing information is very accurate, it definitely is a step above most vacation homes, the house is nicer than described. It is very clean, a lot of attention paid to every detail. First Class all the way, from the comfortable beds to the nice furniture all through the house. We stayed in the master bedroom and had the luxurious california King Tempurpedic bed, talk about a great sleep! There are a lot of amenities not mentioned, they even had a pop corn popper and a lot of large platters for our home cooked meals. We were impressed with the many things that were included, they did not skimp on anything. There were lots of thick towels, lots of blankets, pillows, we were very impressed. We enjoyed the Netflix streamed movies. The property was very clean and well looked after, we called the owner's a couple of times about directions to different sites and they were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The owners were very helpful answering our questions. We also appreciated the allergen free house. We would recommend Pelican Point to friends and relatives, we would stay here again. We received our security deposit the same day, we had never had returned this quick from any of the other places we stayed at. There are a lot of things to do in the area. The house is close to everything, beaches, golf, restaurants. We ate at several of the local restaurants the owner's recommended. We loved Lord Bennett for the great food and wonderful view of Face Rock, Billy Smooth Boar for their great food and folksy service, Asian Gardens for their fresh veggies and all the great coffee shops that dot the town. We enjoyed Cranberry Sweets and all their samples, it was difficult to choose which candies to buy, they were all good. We will come back again, we love Bandon. Thank you
