Smoking, pets,hazardous materials or any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited. Evidence of any breach of this term will result in loss of your damage deposit and eviction.
Prior to booking, all prices are subject to change without notice.
Refunds are not provided due to delayed arrivals.
Booking Policy:
50% deposit upon reservation.
50% 15 days prior to check in.
Cancellation Policy:
75% refund if 35 days or more prior to check in.
50% refund if between 20 - 35 days prior to check in.
No refund if less that 20 days prior to check in.
Liability:
The owner accepts no liability for property loss or damages, nor liability for injury, accidents, delay, or any irregularity. Furthermore, guests are responsible for the apartment during occupancy, and must lock windows and doors securely at all times when not on the premises.The property and its contents are insured. Any act by a tenant that should negate the insured premises and contents that results in loss, damage to the owner will be the responsibility of the tenant. Tenants are required to insure their personal possessions prior to occupation.
Maintenance:
Please notify the owner/property manager as soon as possible if a problem arises relating to the rental property. Every effort will be made to rectify any problem in a timely manner. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for malfunction of air conditioners, TV's, appliances, pool or any other malfunction. Repairs will be made as soon as possible after notification.

We spent 9 days here over New Year with our 3 young kids and loved both the location and the property. The quality of the accommodation and the facilities are excellent and we enjoyed being able to self cater, using Tesco and the local market for supplies. The apartment is stylishly furnished and the sofa bed in the third bedroom was perfect for our youngest.
The complex is clean and safe for the kids to roam and find friends and the pool was never busy.
The beach across the road is spectacular and we spent most days enjoying the relaxed beach bars watching the children playing in the surf. We ate fabulous Thai food just minutes away on the beach and enjoyed sundowners at the Reggae Bar. We also spent one day scuba diving and another snorkling from Layan Beach.
All told, a very relaxing family holiday which we would thoroughly recommend. Nb We found a car essential for shopping and saving tired legs carrying beach toys to and fro. -

This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The condo is amazing. Very tastefully furnished, super clean, very safe, and private with amazing views. Uncrowded beaches are are just a short walk away. I highly recommend!

Upon entering this community we were pleasantly surprised. Guard gates and clean clean clean. Grounds were spectacular and the location was great, justba walk across the street to an amazing almost private beach with several resteraunts. The interior of the condo was also great. Beautiful wood floors and very modern yet local feeling. Modern bathrooms and great showers. Air conditioning too:) we will definatly be returning. And I recommend this place for your stay in Phuket.

We stayed for two weeks in this beautiful villa. The furnishings are truly lovely, much of them often from local craftspeople, and the layout of the villa is open and inviting. There is lots of privacy for each bedroom and the kitchen and dining room are huge and perfect for evening meals and late breakfasts. Sipping a drink on the huge lanai in the evening, we talked and played cards and just relaxed. The pool is cool even in the dead heat of the day and well kept up, but the beach across the street is the real treat with chairs and lovely views, rolling blue water. We even had the Thai massage place down the street come to the villa and give us relaxing massages a couple of nights each week. The whole experience was heavenly.

If you are looking for a place to relax in beautiful surroundings, with all the comforts of home and more, then
this villa is for you! In walking distance to the gorgeous Bangtao beach, (or lounge around the pool), multi-ethnic restaurants, a massage spa (they will even pick you up at the Villa), which offers traditional Thai, aroma therapy and many more techniques, which will leave you relaxed and satisfied! We had such a marvelous time (plus, you can't beat the price), we returned this October for a second visit! -

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this really lovely relaxing and stylish apt. A real home from home. The location is ideal just 5 mins walk to the beach which we really loved as well as the huge shared pool on site.
We will definitely come back again and again. Just loved it -

What can we say to describe our experience. We were so ready for a holiday after a ridiculously busy year. The apartment was lovely- beautifully furnished, stylish and elegant with all amenities and plenty of room to spread out. The staff at the management office were wonderful- helpful, informative, notring was too much trouble. The serving of the apartment was negotiated to suit everyone. They were efficinet and discrete. Great to be so close to the beach, fun bars and restaurants, spas and a short taxi ride to the supermarket for the groceries. We had an absolutely great time.

Amazing apartment located just north of Laguna Resort only a 20minute taxi ride from the airport, away from the busy tourist towns this Chom Towan apartment is a mazing (sic). With three spacious bedrooms all having en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen open plan dining room, luxurious lounge and wrap around balcony this quality accommodation is hard to beat. The infinity pool was spotlessly clean with plenty of sun beds.
If you like to self cater there is a Tesco two miles away selling everything you could want, but why bother when there is an abundance of restaurants all at very reasonable prices, try the Mango and Sticky Rice at any of them, mmm. Take a boat trip to the truly exotic Phi Phi or James Bond Islands or make the short walk to the stunning Bangtao Beach. For the more energetic traveller, try one of the exotic golf courses or experience a jungle trek.
Our stay during the month of august was supposedly the rainy season but we only experienced one day of rain we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely be visiting again.

Fabulous accommodation. Very stylish and at the same time homely feel and very clean. Especially lovely the balcony and the huge pool. Very close to the lovely beaches and staff were extremely good. We'll most definitely be back to stay there!

My wife and I stayed at this condo with a few friends during Christmas and through the 2010 New Year. We could not have asked for anything more. The condo has 2 nice bedrooms with a 3rd room that doubles as a room/office. It was nice to have the 3rd room for us to rotate time doing emails and checking on business back in the States.
Inside the condo we felt so relaxed...great beds, bathrooms, dark wood floors, a balcony that wraps around the entire unit and a nice open dining room and living room. In the evening, we would settle into the comfortable chairs on the balcony and enjoy the sunset...truly felt like we were living in luxury.
The condo is about 5 minutes from the most peaceful beach I have ever been to, lined with trees and a couple of make-shift bars that serve incredible food. A short walk down the road takes you to the Banyon Tree Resort, which has a fantastic beach club, recreation rentals, nice restaurant and bar.
Overall, could not have been more pleased with this condo, the location and in dealing with the management staff. We look forward to returning in the very near future.
