To reserve - pay 30% now, the remainder (70%) 3 weeks before arrival, plus 500 USD security deposit.
Security deposit is required (in-case of damage; fully returnable on check-out when left in good-condition).
Payment - secure online payment by credit card or bank transfer (you are responsible for bank fees, i.e. costs of transfer).

Our stay at Baan Puri was great, from the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and comfortable.
On arrival we found the accommodation to be very clean and were very pleased with the ground floor location and proximity to the pool. A short walk away are a couple of beaches with lots of different options for eating and relaxing.
The whole experience was excellent and we will certainly be returning! -

The location was in a quiet part of Thailand, a short walk to a nice beach - The perfect location for a relaxing, slow paced holiday.
The apartment itself was what we expected - the photos did it justice and it was very pleasant to stay in. We liked the gorgeous big pool and friendly staff the most. We didn't like that we were charged for cleaning the towels in the apartment, which apparently had 'stains' on then which would've only been makeup cause the towels weren't taken to the beach or put through anything an ordinary towel wouldn't usually be. However, this didn't impact the lovely holiday that we got to spend there.
I would suggest that anyone who stays for five days or more packs extra towels and buy toilet paper when you get there, we were a bit caught cause the apartment was cleaned but we didn't get fresh towels or topped up toilet paper which we were expecting.
You will have a lovely stay here, the resort itself has a yummy restaurant if you want to try thai food and the spa does great massages. Overall everyone was happy with the apartment and resort choice.

Sorry that we had to charge for stain-removal - additional costs (over and above standard washing/laundry) were passed on. The launderette said the towels were heavily soiled with make-up and suntan lotions - they needed special cleaning.
We advise all guests to remove all make-up, suntan lotions and shower before using towels. Or we're happy for you to bring your own if you prefer.

We stayed here for our first week in Thailand. It was a great ease into the culture of the country. Travelling with 3 children they loved the proximity of the pool!! A mere 5 paces away. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. We had one slight issue with the ceiling fans in the living area and it was fixed that day. The little restaurant did a great breakfast. Our favourite place was the Reggae bar on Bangtao Beach. The local community had plenty of restaurants and bars a pretty handy mini market for the essentials.
We would stay here again. -

Excellent service, staff very friendly and room service from restaurant provided.
Luxurious accommodation, spacious and very comfortable, very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Besides air-con there were ceiling fans in every room. Sat TV and Wifi provided. The Guest Information Folder was very helpful and I loved the apartment so much I will be booking again.
The resort is great, not too big, and because it is like a Club, the apartments are privately owned by individuals and only a few are rented out by their owners, so it is never too busy or noisy.
There is a very large pool with a pool bar and a smaller kiddies pool.
The Clubhouse has a good restaurant and lounge, also very nice toilets and upstairs a fantastic fitness gym with a lot of equipment, including shower rooms and steam room. Very impressive. They have a fitness trainer who was most helpful.
This resort is 2 minutes walk from Bangtao Beach, South End, which is an up and coming area with great bars, restaurants, art galleries, gift shops, and more. Close to Surin Beach as well and easy to get to a lot of places and not too far to Patong. Easy to get to Laguna area for golf and horse riding.
This is the best time I have had so far in Phuket, loved my accommodation and great value for money.
The only thing I didn't like was the rain, but at least it is still warm and I had plenty of wonderful days. Great holiday, Great Location.

We stayed at Bang Tao for 2 weeks. The weather at that time is amazing although the flights were a bit expensive as I'm told that it is peak season and also a period where Thai people go for there holidays. The apartment was fantastic. Really spacious, very modern and clean. The whole comlex is kept really well and there is even a gym and a pool table. The restuarant is fine for the day when lazing by the pool but there are so many nice local resturants nearby. The pool was lovley and there were always plenty of sunbeds so you can move around during the day to chase the sun. Best of all the beach is a 2 minute walk and is beautiful. 20 minutes drive away along the coastal road which has amazing views you will find the buzzing nightlife of Pa Tong! Great Holiday in all and we have already book to go back!

We loved this apartment as its only a few hundred yards away from the beach, also you can walk about 5 minutes and reach some nice restaurants to eat in. There is loads of choice, you can spend as little or as much as you like.
The apartment is nice and quiet and has a great pool with a pool bar. You literally walk out the french doors and you are by the pool so its really easy. The restaurant does a mean fry up! There is also a quiet gym which I didn't use but I did have a look.
I will certainly stay here again. -

We had a lovely relaxing holiday, the apartment was close to the beach and there's a restaurant on site with room service (for when you just don't want to go anywhere!)
I felt much more at home that I do in a hotel and it's much better value than a hotel. -

My husband, 9 month old son and I stayed here for 2 months while in-between job changes as a great extended family vacation. The apartment is modern, spacious and comes with everything and is steps away from a great pool (with poolside bar service!) and so close to the beach you can practially hear the waves. Location is walking distance to a quiet but cute Thai beach town with plenty of restaurant options (very family-friendly) and a very scenic and laid back beach. Also convenient from the Phuket airport. The apartment is part of a resort but doesn't seem commercial at all, and we met lots of couples and families that had come for a week or two's vacation. Basically, if we didn't have to come home to new jobs, we probably would never have left! We hope to return as often as we can.
