Description from the owner
61 square metre, fine one bedroom apartment looking south down the Chaophraya river, 29th floor, stunning floor to ceiling views.
The apartment is situated on the heady 29th floor with great views over the river and Bangkok. The bathroom is situated in the corner - relaxing in the bath is quite special with the river and city below - pure luxury day or night.
If the Shangri-la, the Peninsula, the Oriental and the Millennium Hilton are our neighbours and that the new "River" condominium has chosen this area then you know that the location must be good!

Raleigh, NCGreat Stay in Jasmine apt
Left on 02/20/2013 for a stay in January 2013
We spent 1 week at the Jasmine condo apartment in late January. Everything positive stated in earlier reviews is valid. The apartment was very clean and we were glad to see that they had acted on the many requests for an extra set of towels to be provided.
We used it more like a hotel room and did not use the kitchen (except for the refrigerator) or the TV and music system. Bottled water was available next to the guardhouse into the condo complex and plenty of stores and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk.
When we arrived, after a 23-hour trip from New York, the view from the windows was so spectacular that we spent the next 30 minutes looking at the sights and taking photos. The bathroom with shower and footed tub has floor to ceiling windows forming the two outside corner walls and the floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and living room provide awesome views of the river and the city below.
There is a 24-hour doorman on duty, allowing only those with apartment keys to enter.
The free ferry was convenient and ran on schedule.
My only suggestion is that the air conditioner be turned on a few hours before a renter is due to arrive. We walked in and it was so hot that perspiration just flowed down our bodies until it cooled an hour later.
Jonathan is wonderful to work with and provides prompt, good answers to your questions.
We would definitely stay here again. -

Rothesay, CanadaFantastic view and location!

Great spot to stay in Bangkok. The location is just across the river from the central pier and the sky train. Simply cross the river and hook up with the riverboat ferries for easy access to many tourist attractions. The pool area was beautiful, clean and a great way to cool down after a day in Bangkok.

CanberraLocation! Location! Location! and a great pool!

~We spent several days in this apartment and loved it! The views of the river and city were wonderful, the condominium owned ferry that ran us back and forwards across to the main shopping area was a bonus and the apartment itself was clean and well fitted out. The plus over the hotels nearby was that we could shop and cook for ourselves, or bring home street treats to eat later! Condo facilities were very good - the pool was beautiful and generally empty, internet was available and you could get laundry done at a reasonable price. The airport pickup service recommended by the owner was great! All his hints helped us to have a wonderful time in Bangkok.

Stayed in the Jasmine apartment for 7 nights and couldnt be more happier. Great communication and easy booking via the owner, Jonathon and onsite arrangements handled swiftly by Diamond. Been coming to Thailand for over decade now, from backpacking to 5 star, and i cant see why i want to stay anywhere else but here fom now on. May not have the polish as the big 5 star hotels but great value for money, considering you are looking down on the likes of the Shrangri-la and Oriental. The view is awesome from this apartment, especially the bathroom, has to be experienced (does get a bit hot though). The apartment complex was very easy to get too using the BTS and ferry, and therefore city commuting was as easy as it gets (take printout of Thai hotel address, comes in very handy especially at night) Staff at the hotel were very friendly and for us it appeared that the Thai people and businesses in the area were more accommodating than anywhere else i have stayed in Bangkok. Great food in the street behind the hotel, we tried many of the open air restaurants on the same side of the hotel, all fantastic and cheap, dont waste your money on the the big hotels you will regret it. The night street food vendor(Mu & Gai satay) out from of the 7/11 is awesome. . If you want a bit nicer style of dinner try the riverside restaurant and bar(recommended by Jonathon) nice location on the the river just down from the hotel(great seafood but pricey)Robinsons Department Store(Centre Point building) across the river is a great source of groceries and shopping, along with all the western food outlets if you require it. The only issue we had, was that if a person wanted to stay home while the other went out, it was difficult, as the all the keys and airconditing card were unable to be separated making entry to the complex and comfort in the room an issue, but after a couple of days the staff got to know us and granted an individual entry without the key. Can't beat being on the river, we were there during the floods, so no express boats, but we felt lucky as the river was very peaceful and there were very little tourists (but we felt very sad for the the Thai people). Also worth a mention was the pool area, very nice place to sit and down a few Singa's. All in all very happy and already planning our next trip. Cheers Jonathon & Diamond

italySplendid view to the river
Left on 07/21/2011 for a stay in May 2011
My Wife and me stayed here for 3 weekson assignment. We decided for an appartament because we are fed up of hotel and we asked Theriversidebangkok to tellus which would be the right place to stay. They came with Jasmine and we are quite grateful they did it because it was perfect. we have the chance of finally cooking as if i were at my own place and actually i felt as if i liwed in my own place. The appartamentis equpped with ewerything we needed, actually we could have moved in only with our tootbrush and if would have worked. it had safe, air blower, wifi, a lo of varius kitchen tools, a good tv theatre and a "fabulous" bathroom (literally). The building is wery safe and the location is good for all the trasportations need we had. The looby used to call a taxi for us and we had it in minutes.
They have the private ferry to cross the river, two minutes so traffic jam is not an issue as it was when we had to live in the Sukumvit area. I strongly reccommed this appartment and it's managing oraganization, they are quite professional. -

Italyjasmine is a real find
Left on 07/11/2011 for a stay in June 2011
I was speechless when I saw Jasmine for the first time, it's spacious, well designed, and two full walls are actually windows to the river so the view is a main bonus. From the bathroomit's the same, bathtub and shower with a view!
The caretaker Diamond is so gentle and helpfull and we did rely on her for our sightseeng activity.
She has booked their limo driver and we have seen the old Capita ayuttaya, the floating market and a lot of other places.
Anyway the apartment Jasmine is very well equipped, kitchen,bathroom,safe,hifi-
The bed cleaning is their strong point, the apartment is spotless everywhere. Sure we'll come again as soon as we can
