It is large (284 square metres) and open with three balconies - outside living by the river. If you want luxurious with designer Yothaka furniture, a panoramic setting and RINGSIDE position on the river not in the sky then this apartment is for you. This oozes atmoshere and a river breeze.

Have just come back from a 5 night stay at this apartment over Chinese New Year. I was travelling with my family (2 adults, 2 teens) and picked this accommodation because of the space, cost and location. Overall, I thought we got good value for money, and would certainly consider staying there again.
Good:
1) Location (right on the river), and easy to get to the central ferry pier.
2) Apartment size and condition: nicely furnished and in good repair. Wifi coverage throughout, the welcome breakfast pack kept us going for many days and the apartment was very spacious.
3) Price: very competitively priced when compared to 2-room hotel options.
The not so good:
1) Payment arrangements: it was OK to pay the deposit via Paypal, but then the building management expected the rest of the money to be paid in cash. Why not paypal as well??
2) The building management was going through some changes, and this seemed to effect the quality of the housekeeping. (couldn't get hold of housekeeping and had some problems with hot water).
3) Location: if you want to walk out the door of the apartment and be in the thick of things, then this is not the place for you. We were happy to take the boats, but did struggle a few times to find taxis willing to take us home again in the evening. -

We had our honeymoon in Bangkok and we had decided to have s special stay in a condo. We selected this apartment called Bouganville from a very good website and we didn't mistake. It's big but cozy, it's elegant and comfortable and it's private, very private. The landlord provided us with some extra services like limo and food. Everything has gone smooth and nice. The apartment is beautiful and spotless clean.

I have rented this appartment in January for one week to stay in Bangkok with friends - and I was stunned. I had rented appartments in Bangkok before, but this one is a true jewel. Although not very high up, it is excatly that position which makes you feel one with the river right in front you. Very spacious, tastfully furnitured and eqipped with everything you need,and the three balconies offered a nice outside experience. Due to its location (close to Sappahn Thaksin station which can be reached by boat) Bangkok was easy to explore. The managing staff was very helpful and delivered a great service from check in to check out. If you are looking for pure luxury right at the river that's the place to be and I look forward to stay there next year again.

Das appartment war sehr elegant, sauber und schön. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Fluss und trotzdem zentral war ideal für uns. Das gesamte Team ist sehr nett und half uns bei jeder Frage und gab auch gute Tips zur Reiseplanung.

Wonderful private apartment from start of bookimg process to departure. When we arrived we had the surprise of the amazing views over the river to town, stunning and unespected. Some very demanding friends have stayed here. I can see why. Condo was spotlessly clean. Bathrooms also. Beds were the most confortable we had during our stay in Thailand. Lines were high quality too. A rel find away from the corporate chains of hotels. Pictures from the websitereflect reality. Their private driver can be used to go anywhere in town or outside, we had a day trip to ayuttaya and another to Pattaya, wifi in the car, rasonable rates. Condo has fast wifi too.

The website showed a suberb apartment and I was not disappointed: superb it is. The building is located in a quiet but very central area, the so called Golden River area because all the most important hotels are all located there. The owners have their own limousine driver and long tail boat so it was easy for us to visit the best places without having to deal with taxis. We were 5 people and we have used the limo to see the Floating market, the dangerous market and other sites. The driver, Peter, is a high tech fan, his car has wifi internet, I couldn't believe it but my children enjoyed their Ipad while we were in the car.
The apartment was stunning, almost 300 square meters. Comfortable king size beds with fresh and immaculate pillows and blankets, perfect rooms lightning, fast internet access.The three terraces with a river view were just perfect for our evening drinks, Bangkok was right in front of us, at its best. The pool is not big but it's well kept. We liked the game areas and the gym.
The cost is fair considering what we had, we would have spent three times more if we stayed in an hotel without having so much space. -

I have been already several times in Bangkok, normally it has been my gateway to visit other places. For living in Bangkok I rather choose serviced apartments, I travel with my family and we like to combine privacy and convenience. This time is the first I have been in this one and it has been quite a discovery, from now on it is one of my favorite places. The location is fantastic, right in front of the river, it is beatifully decorated, plenty of light and very calm.
I like also very much its transport convenience, right in front of the river boats main pier and the sky train. Even for moving with car, the apartment host has arranged a very convenient private taxi service. And this was not the only one, there was a care taker that could help us in absolutely every wish and question.
The apartment has plenty of space both in the living area and bedrooms. And the design furniture is superconfortable.
When we are on holidays we tend to eat out a lot, but our children also need some home-like cooking. This place has the perfect combination, lot of high quality restaurants and a superkitchen and a nearby supermarket. I wish I had more time to stretch in the building gym, it is not huge, but is very well equipped.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Bangkok! Wir sind in einer traumhaften und luxurioesen Wohnung mit Sicht auf den Fluss gewesen. Wir waren zu sechst und hatten drei Schlafzimmer (ein riesengrosses Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer mit Doppelbadewanne, die die Kinder als Schwimmbecken nutzen konnten, ein Doppelzimmer und ein Studio mit einem weiteren Doppelbett). Wir haben auf der Terrasse gegessen, da die Kueche mit allem ausgeruestet ist(Aufzaehlung von Geraeten: Geschirrspueler, Backofen,usw.) Das Wohnzimmer ist super: elegantes Sofa mit riesengrossen Fenstern auf den Fluss (abends ist die atmosphaere wunderschoen!). Die ganze Wohnung ist elegant, neu und modern.
Das Zentrum ist einfach erreichbar mit dem Skytrain. Der Bahnhof ist auf der anderen Seite des Flusses und jede halbe Stunde faehrt ein Ferryboat, das nur fuer unsere anlage hin und zurueck pendelt. Es gibt auch einen Shuttle-Service vom und zum Flughafen mit privaten Fahrern.
Das Schwimmbad beim Fluss ist nicht sehr gross aber im Erdgeschoss gibt es auch eine Sauna und einen Fitnessraum. -

The Bouganville apartment fully confirmed my expectations and those of my family: large, bright, very well furnished, with a beautiful view over the Chaophraya river. It was lovely to dine on the terrace admiring the river and the hundreds of boats that go over it ! From the garden a private boat picks you up and takes you to the main pier from which all the main boats depart. From the same place the skytrain station takes you to the center of town in a few minutes. Near the apartment there are very nice hotels such as the Peninsula and the Marriot of which we have enjoyed bars and restaurants. Just a small defect could be found in the swimming pool, which is in my view a little small. Overall, I really recommend a vacation at Bouganville especially to people who prefer space and freedom, which is typical of this apartment solution, rather than staying at a small hotel room.

Nice nice condo. The pictures on the website depict it rightly, it's an incredible nice property. My family of 6 had a perfect time. What we liked the most were the very spacious rooms, well designed and furnished and the private garden. And then the view... the whole town was in front of us and the river was alive and entertaining.It has been a real nice treat and I am sure we'll go back soon.

Thanks to Tripadvisor and Flipkey we got to know this professional vacation apartment company: TheRiversideBangkok.
As we are a family of 6, getting good deals at 5 stars hotels is quite difficult as we'd need at least 3 rooms.
For this holiday we were looking for a five star experience when we found Bouganville,
a very large and well decorated condo right on the river in a chic and well kept
building next door to the Peninsula, the Mandarin Oriental and other hotels.
Bouganville is an almost 300 square meters unit with three balconies facing the river, it has two comfortable
bedrooms and one studio bedroom ideal for children. The kitchen is very well equipped
with oven, american refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Two bathrooms,
one with a oversize bathtub for 2 people. My children used it as an indoor little pool.
Decoration is modern and chic, I think that many of the pieces come from known
thai design companies, in particular in the main bedroom. Beds are supercomfy.
We have been picked up at the airport by their limo and Peter took us right to the
condo where they showed us our way and gave us all the info we needed .
During all the time of our stay, the caretaker has been in contact with us, in a way we
felt pampered.
When we needed to visit ayuttaya or the floating market, their driver was always available
for a very reasonable fee. We have been accompanied to the airport when we left.
All services are available: wifi, gym, sauna, pool by the river (not big) and private
ferry to cross the river. Visiting Bangkok is easy because of the very efficient transportation
system as the Sky Train and the underground.
My children loved it. They liked Safari World as well because of the free animals.
We had our dinners at the Peninsula hotels where we could walk to. We liked the italian
restaurant Zanotti and the Reflections at the Royal Meridien hotel.
All in all we'll come back when we'll come to Bangkok again, we liked it
