Our 2+1 bedroom apartment, which is situated in central Bangkok on Sukhumvit Soi 18, could be just the place you are looking for if you require stylish and comfortable accommodation on your next visit to the city on business or pleasure. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom is very large and also has a separate dressing area. Loved the location of this apartment! The BTS station was next door and Terminal 21 the new shopping mall was across the street - everything was a "stones throw" away! Henry (the owner) was extremely gracious by welcoming us to Bangkok. And, his many suggestions made our stay even better. The apartment was spotless and the rooms were big. A maid came daily to tidy up and make our beds. I plan to stay here again and again! I highly suggest any of his properties - Henry is a 1st class gentlemen.

The appartment is great (ambience, size, location, cleaning, etc.). And the host is even better. Henry is greatly nice and helpful all the time. He even helped us storing our luggage the last day and took it himself by car to a hotel we were staying the next day!. Everytime I go to Bangkok I stay at one of his apartments. Great experience!

The apartment is located within a fairly new condo located within walking distance to asok sky train. The security was very good, the the staff were very nice and they even helped us call for taxi going to airport. (ride to airport via highway that has 70b toll. came out to just 300b altogether.)
Apartment was very convenient with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The cleaning lady comes by every afternoon to clean and she does a amazing job! Henry is very nice, professional and helpful. Just keep in mind that Since it is located near the skytrain you can hear them as they pass by. The water pressure was a bit weak and I personally would have liked if it was stronger. Otherwise it we enjoyed the apartment and our stay here. -

This is my third stay in one of Henry's apartments in CitiSmart Condos at Sukhumvit soi 18. This time we stayed on the 14th floor in a two-bedroom two-bathroom condo, nice and well equipped kitchen, dining table, and living room. Everything high quality. Perfect setup for two couples or a couple with kids.
Henry ensures that everything works, and a maid comes every afternoon to clean up...overall an excellent experience once again.
Sukhumvit soi 18 is near one of the night-entertainment districts, thus convenient if one wishes, out of sight if one is not interested.
Many restaurants nearby, and excellent street food from the many vendors on soi 18 and around the corner of Sukhumvit. Especially useful for a good breakfast a very low cost...hard to spend more than 40 or 50 baht (around $1.50 us) for stir-fried basil pork and veges with rice for example. Speaking Thai makes the experience easier but is not essential.
Note that the rental price is about the same as two rooms at a mid-level hotel like S15 or Dream, both of which are nearby. Better value as there is much greater comfort, and having a kitchen is terrific for eating street takeout and keeping beer and OJ cold.

We stayed for 5 days. Great location, owner was there to welcome us and take us through the apartment. Apartment was fully stocked and cleaned daily. Nice pool. Close to subway and skytrain, restaurants and shopping.
Good internet. Definitely will return. -

The apt was spotless, spacious and nicely furnished. Great outdoor pool. Fantastic location, many good restaurants close by and the MRT was a short walk (1 block)away.
Henry was knowledgeable and all of his recommendations were helpful. -

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here (5 nights). Our family of five grown up childred had plenty of room in the apartment. Everything was clean, worked properly it was a joy just to sit and watch TV in comfort. Henry the owner was so helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome and offered plenty of advise on eating, transportation and finding things. The kitchen was well equipt that we even cooked which is uncommon on holidays. It is close to public rail (skytrain and Underground), and accross the road Terminal 21 fantastic food court were meals are around 30 to 40 baht (Peir 21 San Fransico level). Happy to recommend this and would love to stay again.

Apartment
We stayed 8 nights in November 2012 and loved the apartment. Booking was easy over a couple of emails with the owner, Henry.Â
The apartment is a unit on the 14th floor of the Citi Smart Condo at the junction of Sukhumvit Road and Soi 18. Access is excellent, being about 3-5 minutes walk away from the BTS (Asok station) and MRT (Sukhumvit station). There are ample restaurants and massage/spa along Soi 18, all within 2 to 5 minutes walk. The new Terminal 21 shopping mall is just across the road, linked by the BTS skywalk.Â
The apartment is very well maintained; the photos you see here are exactly what you can expect in the apartment. Everything is provided, you just need to bring your clothes and personal toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans, microwave oven, fridge etc. There is a washing machine but you have to dry your clothes at the balcony area. Do note that there is no hair dryer nor a safe for your valuables.
The master bedroom is huge with ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom has an attached bathroom and a double bed inside but there are no wardrobe.Â
The extra bedroom is actually the large dressing room. Access is through is the master bedroom and the toilet is through this extra bedroom. There is a single bed in this extra room but it squeaks loudly and the air-conditioning from the master bedroom is insufficient to flow into this extra room. However, the owner provided a fan in this room.
The rates quoted are all-in with no hidden charges and you pay upfront in cash upon check-in. Wifi internet and satellite tv is inclusive. Henry can also help to stock up the kitchen before your arrival and we strongly recommend you use this service to buy sufficient bottled waters for your stay. Otherwise, there is a convenient store ("Family Mart") right at the corner outside the apartment.
The apartment is beautiful, clean and location is excellent. We would definitely return! -

Stumbled across this place while searching for apartment style hotels.
Decided to give it a try and was very happy with the choice.
The apartment is super convenient to BTS and major shopping centres, with the added benefit of being very nicely decorated.
The master bedroom is huge with lovely wooden floors.
The TV has many channels included including high def channels.
Internet is lightning fast and better than any hotel I have tried.
Now being very close to all the action has it's downside too. Just like to point out the BTS (skytrain) runs quite close to the apartment and can be heard at night (up to midnight or thereabouts) or if the apartment is very quiet inside, this can sometimes be a little annoying.
There are no other issues, in fact the whole block seems very quiet and you hardly see anyone else apart from the security staff.
Henry runs a well managed business and would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at this or one of his other apartments.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable apartment. check in was quick and we felt safe. It was important for us to be near the sky train and we were. With 3 kids who don't want to walk much it worked out for us.
Another great bonus, it was near a large and fairly new shopping mall that also has a supermarket so if you are cooking your own meals then that is not a problem. -

I rented this apartment for a week on business and it was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, just a block and a half from the Sky train. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the exercise room has no cardio machines, but the pool is nice. Also be warned that the smaller bedroom does not have a proper closet, though the larger room has more than enough extra space for this. Despite these drawbacks, it's great value for the money, and I highly recommend it.

In fact there are lots of cardio machines in the gym. However, they are on the mezzanine level of the gym. It must have been that Pamela did not see the stairs to the second level and only used the weights machines on the ground floor.

Excellent accommodations. Near the skytrain which is critical to getting around Bangkok. The sky train doesn't go everywhere, but that is not the fault of the this lovely apartment. Near shopping, restaurants, and grocery store. Enjoy the pool, but don't count on seeing anyone there. the workout room is excellent, but doubles as a sauna. Get some aC in there. People will use it and the equipment will last longer. Again a comment for the building management, not against the apartment.

Rather than have the air-conditioning on all the time, even when there is no one using the gym, the building management have installed on/off switches for the air-conditioning. Unfortunately you have to know where they are located or you will have an above average temperature work out! We will include details of how to turn the air-conditioning on/off in our apartment information pack - thanks for bringing this to our attention Mark.

The apartment is everything one could wish for. It's a brand new apartment, fully furnished with brand new furniture. Located in the commercial heart of Bangkok, with plenty of shopping centers and dozens of reasonably priced, good restaurants within walking distance. The host was most kind and helpful, in providing detailed info on where one could shop and eat in the neighborhood. The building has a covered swimming pool on the 6th floor, allowing one to cool down after going out in the Bangkok heat. I would definitely stay with this host again, during any future trips to Bangkok
