This 2 bedroom villa is located within a newly developed 5-star project only a few hundred metre from the beach which can easily be reached by bicycles or cars or on foot.

This 2 bedroom villa is nicely furnished with air-conditions, 2 bathrooms and kitchenette. The 42inch LCD TV comes with a cable box that offers more than 50channels. The project has 24hr security, 50metre swimming pool, well-equipped gym, sauna, WIFi internet and a tennis court-all free of charge. Despite the fact that it is located near the town, the area is peaceful and safe and most of all ,very quiet which is perfect for your retreat.

Response from the owner The construction of the St Regis begins 9am and end 5pm weekdays only---They are almost finished in Oct,10. Now you should be fine. Rajdamri Road is in the centre of Bangkok located --the Hyatt Erawan and the Four Seasons Hotels, both have less than 8th floor building---and city noise is acceptable during daytime. Once a month there is the fumigator's activity in the building which would be announced on the board in common areas--residence should avoid being in the building during that time---if you can read the announcement that should not be a problem. During raining season in Thailand---Bangkok may smell different from the US because of its high humidity---thus, more of dust could be spotted and mistaken for molds from those unfamiliar eyes and foreign noses. Thank you for these comments and please try the Four Seasons for your next visit. Regards
