This cottage annex is situated four miles from Bantry, County Cork, and sleeps four people. Ravens Oak Apartment is a homely cottage, in the owner's gardens, four miles from Bantry, County Cork. With two bedrooms, a double with an en-suite shower room, and a twin, as well as a bathroom, it is ideal for friends and families. There is also a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is shared access to the owner's gardens, and many opportunities for birdwatching. With the beach only four miles away, and fishing just two, Ravens Oak Apartment is a great holiday home.

Gas oven and hob, micro...wave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Free-to-air channels, DVD, CD, radio, access to broadband (using provided ethernet cable), selection of books, games and DVDs. This fascinating property has beautiful gardens that are open to the public, and is the home of a plentiful collection of tapestries, furniture and art. Garinish Island, just a short boat ride away, was turned into an exotic garden in the early 20th Century and today offers a variety of interesting plant species. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
