Val de Ruda 9 is a luxury apartment in a newly built residential complex, "Urbanización Ruda", located at the foot of the ski runs at 1500 metre elevation mark in Baqueira.

The apartment is right beside the gondola exit, making ski run access unsurpassable.

Val de Ruda 9 has two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has bunk beds (3 beds). The bathroom in the master bedroom has a shower and the other bathroom has a tub. There is also a large dining and living room with fireplace and fully fitted open plan kitchen.

      Fourth consecutive year that we chose to stay at the Val de Ruda apartments ...comparable price to hotels but with all the freedom and comfort of a fully fitted apartment. Walking distance (under cover) to the main lift, ski/boots room at the foot of the cable car are a huge benefit. The apartments are well fitted , modern and clean.
      Absolutely the best option if you want a relaxing family ski-holiday.
      There is no Wi-fi internet access ...which I think in this age would be a nice addition...and double-check before you book if you need a DVD player - some apartments say they have but they don´t.

      Fuimos un grupo de amigos a pasar el puente de octubre y todo fue fenomenal. De hecho, estoy organizando una semanita de ski en Baqueira y pienso reservar este mismo apartamento sin mirar ninguno más!

      Una vez expuestos todos los problemas mencionados anteriormente, la agencia se puso en contacto con nosotros y pedirnos disculpas, nos devolvieron parte de lo que habíamos pagado ya que no habíamos tenido una buena estancia, como ellos mismos pudieron comprobar. Han sido muy atentos con nosotros y este año volveremos de nuevo.

      La situaci?n y el apartamento es bastante bueno, estuvimos 5 d?as, el d?a que llegamos era ya de noche y la calefacci?n estaba apagada hacia un frio helador, al despertarmos nos dimos cuenta que la calefacci?n no funcionaba, tuvier?n que venir a arreglarla. El lavavajillas no funcionaba y no vinieron a arregarlo.
      Cuando hicimos la entrada nos dijeron que la entrada al guarda-skis er? con llave y que no la ten?an en ese momento, cuando en realidad era con clave. Tampoco nos dier?n la llave de la taquilla y tuvimos que perder una tarde entera en solucionar el tema, porque sino no teniamos donde dejar el material de esquiar.
      El d?a anterior a marcharnos los vecinos de abajo estaban de obras, decidier?n encender la chimenea y se nos lleno el apartamento de humo en dos ocasiones.
      Hemos llamado en varias ocasiones al telefono de contacto que nos indicaban en la reserva de un tal Carlos e incluso hemos dejado mensaje en el contestador y todavia no hemos obtenido respuesta.
      Hemos estado los 5 d?as intentando que las cosas b?sicas del apartamento funcionen, y el alquiler nos ha costado el modico precio de 900?.

      Tan pronto nos enteramos de los problemas que se dieron, contactamos con el cliente para pedirle disculpas y ofrecerle un reembolso de 300€ sobre la cantidad abonada, así como un descuento en una futura reserva en nuestros apartamentos. Así se hizo y a su vez se trato de dar solución a los problemas dentro de lo posible, ya que alguno de ellos estaba fuera de nuestro control.
