Nin de Beret I stands right next to the 1700 metre ski-lift in Baqueira Beret, in the luxury development of the same name. With 70 square metres of living space, Nin de Beret I comprises a large terrace, living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

It was built in traditional local materials, i.e. stone, slate and wood. The master bedroom has a double bed (180cm), an ensuite toilet complete with bath and access to the terrace.
