just come back from a two week stay at San Flamingo villa polo ridge Barbados... amazing villa very comfortable. There were 6 of us sharing this villa, a bit weird as no outside walls to the villa to lock you in (other than bedrooms) services and staff are fantastic, Martin and his team couldn't do enough for you... make sure you try homemade sweet potato pie... pool area and views are fantastic, very comfortable, if I have a negative pool sun loungers weren't very comfortable and needed upgrading.. Bedrooms again very comfortable, (well ours was we had master) others very good too.. all air conditioned and wifi worked perfectly ... a car is a must, although once down the hill reggae reggae bus is a must to travel on only $2 anywhere..
being on the west coast it has choice of some of the most fabulous restaurants anywhere I have been, a little expensive but hey ho... try loan star / fish pot / and a must the cliff..
if you are very lucky like us, behind the villa is a polo field, make sure you dress up for this we had Barbados V Brazil and if you are even luckier you might enjoy a private concert behind polo field... we had Ne Yo !!!
our party in total was 30ish and had hired also the villas Stanford house (amazing) and Shangri la
