Villa Octava, a sophisticated holiday house located in the small town of Rojni?i in the heart of Istria, a Mediterranean peninsula, offers you a luxurious accommodation experience with high level of privacy, ideal for families, couples and small groups of people. With more than 140m2 divided on two floors and 3 bedrooms, this new and modern house can accommodate 6. Private swimming pool is just some of many luxurious amenities you can find at Villa Octava. Kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, dining area and living room are situated on the ground floor with a lovely view on the pool. Kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, oven, fridge, mi...crowave, coffee machine, child high chair, and dish washer, among other.

There are two double rooms and one twin room each with its own bathroom with a shower. Every bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite LCD TV, CD player and a spacious wardrobe. The villa’s natural building materials and illumination system was carefully designed to provide the most comfort and pleasurable experience in any moment. Free Wi-Fi is provided both inside and outside the house, paired with Nintendo Wii game console and a DVD player. Outdoor area stretches to 500m2 of fine trimmed grass and features 4x8 meters swimming pool (pool depth between 1.20 and 1.40 meters).

Area surrounding swimming pool is equipped with parasols and deck chairs, made from natural materials. For complete privacy and children safety garden is surrounded with hedge and natural rock fence. It was built during the 1st century while Roman emperor Vespansian was ruled this part of the world, and due to its strong resemblance with the Roman coliseum, provides visitors with magnificent and almost time-travelling experience. Beside Pula, one of the most visited places in Croatia, town of Rovinj is located only 28 kilometres from the villas. Rovinj is world famous for the number of its cultural, historical and natural beauties that surrounds this small Istrian town. Third part of the Istrian geographical triangle is Rabac; a picturesque place surrounded with number of small bays and beaches, Mediterranean vegetation and delicious small family-owned restaurants offering local specials. Due to its natural beauty and feeling of a small fisher town, stunning bays and crystal-clear sea, Rabac is sometimes referred as a “Pearl of the Kvarner gulf”.
