Newly fitted, well equipped, luxury apartment enjoying a great central location in Gracia, very close to the metro station of Fontana. Penthouse, 5th floor, lift. One double bedroom and a leather double sofa bed, better suited to two or three people, or young family. Internet, TV, DVD, air conditioning, heater, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, bedding, etc. There is also a small terrace for those al fresco drinks or meals. Very sunny and cheerful outlook. Prices in euros from 70 to 105 euros per night, depending on season and number of people. There is no cleaning charge.

I love to live like a local when I travel so for me this was the perfect choice! Gracia, just minutes north of the city centre by metro, is a friendly, bohemian neighbourhood with great restaurants, cafés, shops and loads of character.
The apartment felt like home during my stay. It was very clean, bright, modern, well kept and had everything I needed including a very comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely bathroom. I was able to take advantage of the city's wonderful markets and prepare a few meals while I was there and it was fun to sit out on the balcony to enjoy them!
The location is well situated for exploring the rest of the city, Fontana metro station being less than five minutes away. A lot of Barcelona's sights are easily within walking distance including many of Gaudí's works... one of them, Casa Vicens is just up the street. Bring comfortable shoes and your camera!
