  Barcelona is a wonderful place to visit and was made even better by the great Barcelonetta harbor location with close access to the metro.
  The 4th floor balcony not only overlooks the luxury yacht harbor but also features a constant parade of strolling locals below on the Passeig. Sevearal of the city's finest places to eat and many cool neighborhood spots are nearby especially Vaso de Oro.

  What a breath of fresh air in a busy world vacation for a family of four. We were so fortunate to have been upgraded to Passeig de Gracia 3 with all the comforts of home plus some. We loved the travel and tourist hints that added to our stay. I would strongly recommend again to anyone looking to relax in a beautiful home in an intriguing city.

  Seven of us stayed at the Passeig de Gracia 3, a really well located apartment on one of the most charming streets of Barcelona. We arrived to pick up the keys after office hours but we were received very nicely by a member of staff. What was best about the apartment was its location, the stores (mini market, cafeterias etc.), the atmosphere, the architecture. What I liked least was that we only stayed for 3 days... everything else was great. :)

  Prachtige uitvalsbasis voor Barcelona

  Uitstekend appartement om Barcelona vanuit te kunnen verkennen. Het
  appartement was schoon, voldoende ruim, goede bedden en voor ons
  voldoende voorzien van voorzieningen. Let wel: we hebben er 3 nachten
  geslapen en we waren de hele dag verder buiten.
  
  Als je de straat oversteekt kun je zo de metro in en zit je op loopafstand
  van Casa Mila en Casa Batllo. Ook Casa Vicens is te belopen. De
  parkeergarage aan de straat is redelijk duur, paar straten verderop scheelt
  weer wat euro's.
  
  Weinig last van verkeer als je gaat slapen. Rustig appartement. Deur uit,
  linksaf en na 500-600 meter zit een supermarktje. Het ophalen van de
  sleutel bij de centrale administratie was best lastig: zaterdag, midden in de
  stad en superdruk. Dus vrouw gedropt en ik maar rondjes rijden
  (parkeergarage vol). Wifi werkt perfect dus makkelijk contact maken met het
  thuisfront of even internetten en googlen op Barcelona.
  
  Als je aankomt rijden, zorg dan dat je goed links van het middenperkje
  houdt want daar zit het appartement. Voor in Google Earth: 41°23'48.76"N,
  2° 9'31.71"O
  
  Great apartment to use as a base for the wondrous city of Barcelona. It was
  clean, spacious enough and good beds. All necessary appliances are there
  and in good order. Please note that we slept there for 3 nights and were out
  all day.
  
  You can just cross the street to get to the subway and you're in
  walkingdistance of casa Mila and casa Batllo. The garage across the street is
  quite expensive but a few blocks away there's a cheaper one.
  
  At night, it's quiet so you can get a good night's sleep. Keep left as you
  drive into the street. GPS-coordinates above. You have to pick up the key
  somewhere else and that was a bit uncomfortable (busy street, lots of
  traffic and the garage was full).
