Additional Location Information
Just outside the very city centre limits, at the top of Passeig de Gràcia , you will find the quaint town of Gràcia . It is the most distinctive Catalan neighborhood in the Barcelona area, and is a pleasant escape from the more metropolitan zones of the city. Wander through the streets of this cozy, yet wealthy, Barcelona suburb and find a plethora of charming restaurants, many of which boast fine international cuisine. Also, Gràcia is home to a collection of locally owned boutiques and small shops, as well as a movie theatre showing films in both Spanish and English. The area is popular among local students, but has managed to avoid many of the tourist crowds. As a result, its bar scene remains lively and trendy, but retains its wholesomely Catalan atmosphere. Just to the north end of Gràcia is Gaudí's famous Park Güell , with breathtaking views of the Barcelona skyline, including the nearby Sagrada Família , the twin towers of Vila Olímpica, and the beaches that extend into the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Gràcia offers a more relaxing way to experience Barcelona, and has plenty of convenient transportation nearby for the 5 minute journey to the heart of the city center.

CardiffGreat apartment
Left on 06/13/2013 for a stay in May 2013
Loved staying in the apartment. It was easy to get to, close to the Metro and the stop for the tourist bus (which was convenient for seeing the sights). There were lots of tapas bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The apartment was light & airy with a small balcony with sunloungers. It was in a great area that was not too expensive. Also being on to top floor it felt safe & secure.
I would recommend it and would definitely book it again if we were visiting Barcelona. -

This apartment was perfect for our time in Barcelona. Gracia is a fantastic neighbourhood with everything on the doorstep, supermarkets, restaurants, and cocktail bars. A short walk to Park Guell, a magical place with amazing views over the city. A few minutes walk to the Metro, but also close enough to everything else to be able to walk, such as Sagrada Familia.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, the best thing about the apartment was the terrace, the view was stunning. The service was extremely friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend this apartment. (I stayed with my 21 year old son as I thought it had a separate bedroom, but there was just a partition, however it did not spoil our stay, my mistake for not clarifying)

Accueil très sympathique. Le studio est exactement celui décrit en ligne : excellente situation, jolie vue sur Barcelone, installations et matériels performants. Une table de salon serait la bienvenue. En un mot ... parfait.

Left on 09/28/2011 for a stay in June 2011
Loved staying in Gracia and the apartment had everything we needed but the hot water wasn't very hot and the internet was shaped after a day (and we only got access on day two of our stay) so it was pretty useless.

Lisbon, PortugalGreat value apartment close to Metro and the sights
Left on 05/16/2011 for a stay in April 2011
We stayed for 4 nights just before Easter and enjoyed being in a local neighbourhood. The facilities were very good but the bed was a bit small for us as we are a tall couple. It was also very close to the ground! Apart from that it was a perfect holiday unit. We recommend La Lola just down the street for a meal. It is always busy and full of the locals. The metro is just down the street as well so you can access all areas. The apartment is walking distance to Sagrada and to Parc Guell.

North YorkshireFabulous time in Gracia
Left on 11/29/2010 for a stay in November 2010
I took my husband to Barcelona to celebrate his birthday as he hadn't visited the city before, we had a long weekend. After consulting my daughter who lived in Brcelona for 8 years on which district to stay in, she sugested Gracia as this was were she had lived and said it was very central, had a lot going on there and was only ten minutes walk to most places in Barcelona. Once we had decided on Gracia we then had to find an apartment and i spent many hours trawlling through the internet and so many apartments but could have been happier with our choice. Although it was November the weather was unexpectantly warm and with the bonus of a sunny balcony we spent each afternoon catching the sun there with a glass of wine. We would recommend this apartment to anyone, it was fantastic and can't wait to return. Thank you also to Jennifer who made our check in very easy.
