NEIGHBOURHOOD AND LOCATION

Located in Calle Calderon de la Barca n. 112, this incredible apartment is located a short walk away from Park Güell, the famous and marvelous park designed by Antoni Gaudí.

Integrated in a brand new building with high-end finishing, this modern apartment rests in a residential district with all the necessary conveniences closed by. The area offers coffeshops, pharmacies, food stores and... every others facilities one might need.

FIRST FLOOR:

LIVING AREA

In the lounge there is a dining table, coffee table, lamps, TV, DVD, stand for ipod, phone and a reading chair. The dining table has seating for 7 people. The living room has a direct exit to the furnished balcony.

The balcony has one table with two sits and puff.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM

Two double rooms with 2 single beds combined in one double bed, side table, lamps and wardrobe.

A bathroom with bath, washbasin, bidet and WC.

KITCHEN

Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the kitchen is also fully equipped with:

Ceramic-plate cooker and oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker.

GROUND FLOOR:

LIVING AREA

In the lounge there is a sleeping sofa, lamps, TV, DVD. The living room has direct access to the inner patio. The patio has a set of beautiful plants.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM

A double room with 2 single beds combined in one double bed, side table, lamps and wardrobe.

A ensuit bathroom with bath, washbasin, bidet and WC.

EXTRAS

This apartment also includes:

Central heating, AC, intercom, washing and dryer machine, ironing equipment, hairdryer, bed linens and towels, TV/DVD stand for ipod, high speed WiFi connection, TV international channels.

The price includes a weekly cleaning service (change of towels/sheets and overall cleaning) for reservations of over 7 days.

  We were travelling in Spain and stayed in the 3br apartment for 5 nights before departing on a cruise from Barcelona. We were with another couple so the two private bedrooms worked well. If another couple had been with us it would have been more crowded but we could have made do.
  
  Barcelona is a difficult city to navigate by car (as we did) so I would recommend not bringing a car. We later wished we had dropped off our rental before getting to Barcelona instead of after our arrival. There are parking lots down the street toward Sangradia Familia if you need one.
  
  The apartment was on the 4th floor (for North americans)and we had a tremendous view of Sangradia Familia down the street about 1km away. There is an elevator but the button at the bottom floor seldom worked. There are lots of shops for food, cooked chickens, fruit, vegetables, wine, beer, liquor and anything you will need. The metro stop was a 2 minute walk away and will get you to La Ramblas and area in 10 or 15 minutes. We walked there one day in a bit over 35 minutes.
  
  The apartment was clean and well equipped. We were met quickly and given our keys and lots of instructions. Pay close attention to the instructions for the washer/dryer. It worked well but is very different from Na units.
  
  We had initially booked for 4 nights but called from the south of Spain to send an extra night. The rate for that extra night seemed to be quite high compared to the 4 night stay we initially reserved.
  
  Overall it was a great place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

  We 've stayd 4 nights in this property and everything was excellent. The service from the owner, all clean, airco, nice spacious property.
  The 2nd bedroom was a little small, but good enough for a few nights.
  Close to the sagrada familia, we could see him from the window, and the undergroud.
  We had a good stay in Barcelona !

  We really enjoyed our stay. The appt is spacious and has all the comfort you need, incl. double bathroom and WiFi. It's like an Ikea showroom, but there is nothing wrong with that. Just across the road is a lovely coffee bar where you can have a great breakfast with pastries, grilled sandwiches and the best espresso in town. And ... among the locals! At night it may be a bit noisy though. The appt is located at a main street. But well, that's big city life. If you can handle that, you'll really enjoy this place.

  "I just came back from a 10 day whirlwind trip to London, Barcelona, Paris, Rome and beyond... this apartment was the most elegant, clean and comfortable place we stayed in on the whole trip. The four of us were met by an employee at the apartment and given excellent details on local food and attractions and how to navigate to them. The apartment was roomy, the beds were comfortable and it could have easily accommodated a larger group. One of our favorite things was the neighborhood location with fruit stands, wine shops, restaurants, pastries, and more on every block. The whole experience was well above what we expected and each one of us expressed that we would book this location again in a heartbeat if we are ever to return. :)
  
  I would only add two minor things... there was no hairdryer so bring your own or be prepared to walk around the block to the appliance store and purchase one as I did. ...and the hieroglyphics on the washer/dryer are difficult to grasp if you are unfamiliar with European appliances, we struggled with the drying time and getting the darn thing to release our clothes but finally prevailed with clean (not dry) clothing. Check out the manufacturers booklet of instructions in the kitchen drawer if you need additional assistance."

  The apartment is situated near the sagrada.
  It was a clean and nice apartment
  big enough for 4 persons (not for more)
  
  The bedrooms are situated on the streetside of the apartment, so you can hear the traffic at all times
  If you sleep lightly take some earplugs,and you will have no problems.
