A very large and beautiful apartment with 4 double bedrooms that can serve up to 10 guests!
This lovely apartment was completely refurbished and furnished recently with a lot of care. It is located on the second floor of an old but renovated building. The location is excellent, just in the heart of the old city of Barcelona, on a quiet road, only minutes walk to the famous “Las Ramblas†and very close to Plaza Catalonia on one hand and to the lovely Port of Barcelona. the moment we waited at the door for 30 mins to get into this apartment we instantly had a bad feeling, we were greeting by what seamed to be a homeless guy, who walked us up the discusting smelling staircase up to the flat.
we walked into the flat, which can only be described as a bed sit - mis matching sofas which were broken and stained
the bedrooms looked awful - nothing like the pictures - the bathroom was tiny - not big enough for 8 people.
pillow cases didn’t even fit the pillows, no mattress protectors, awful smelling blankets,
our group would only sleep fully clothed.
The guy who gave us the keys was one of the rudest people i have ever met, he confirmed the reason for him been so utterly rude was he "has had a bad week"
he spoke to the women like something he had stood in, told us there wasn’t nothing he could do in reference to the bedding.
he said the people in the office had finished early to go to the pub so they could not sort us bedding or alternative sleeping arrangements!
PLEASE AVOID THIS APARTMENT - ITS A GOOD JOB WE HAD SUCH GOOD FRIENDS TO MAKE THIS HELL HOLE, slightly more pleasing. -

Having seen the pictures on the website I was really impressed therefore I booked without hesitation. After booking I then began to have doubts whether the apartment would look the same in real life, whether or not It would be spacious enough for 10 adult men, whether the location was ok etc... When we arrived at the apartment it was a stone throw away from the main strip, the reprasentative was on time and very professional and the apartment was great and had plenty of room. It contributed to a fantastic weekend in Barcelona and one to remember forever!
