Poblenou is Catalan for "New Village," and is an extension neighborhood in Barcelona, with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella on the other. Set out in the grid pattern of the Eixample district, Poblenou is surrounded by many new developments in the Barcelona area, including the neighborhoods of Vila Olímpica and Diagonal Mar . This influx of new capital has brought many artists and young professionals into the Poblenou district and has transformed this largely industrial area into a trendy and chic region close to the Barcelona beaches . Rambla de Poblenou is the main vein in the area, and it is said to be a more authentic alternative to the Ramblas you will find in the city center. Die Lage des apartments ist optimal. Nah zum sauberen Strand (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Die U-Bahn Station ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet eine gute anbindung an das Stadtzentrum. Der Stadtteil ist noch nicht so von Touristen überfüllt und man fühlt sich fast wie ein Einheimischer. Es gibt nette kleine Läden und viele Straßencafes/Restaurants mit günstigen Preisen und gutem Essen. Die Sightseeing-Busse halten ebenfalls in der Nähe, ca. 20 Gehminuten entfernt.
Das helle freundliche apartment im 3. Stock ist klimatisiert und verfügt über zwei Badezimmer (Ideal für zwei Familien) und einen Balkon zum Innenhof. Die gemütlichen Zimmer sind sauber, einfach ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Die Fenster haben alle Jalousie und man kann sie auch öffnen. Die Reservierung/Buchung war einfach und funktionierte problemlos, ebenso wie das ein- und auschecken des apartments mit der freundlichen Kontaktperson.

The appartment was very nice and his situation in Barcelone also. But We have a desagrement because we have forget a bag in the appartement, we did not find any solution with less than 50 euros to bring back this bag to France!
So only the papers are return, but we have keys also in this bag in Spain!!! -

Die Wohnung hat genau das angeboten, was angekündigt war. Alle Geräte haben funktioniert, Betten waren angenehm. Ankunft und abfahrt hat wie abgemacht einwandfrei funktioniert.
Die eventuelle Verbesserung gehört zum angebot von Handtüchern (notwendig mehr als 2/Person und keinesfalls in der schwarzen Farbe). Sauberkeit der Handtücher stelle ich in Frage.
Jedefalls ist notwendig, dass das Balkon mit einer Markise ausgestattet wird. Da während des aufenthaltes schönes Wetter geherrscht hat, haben wir regelmäßig den Früschtück auf dem Balkon genossen. Das Balkn ist auf die Ostseite gerichtet. -

it was a nice stay in barcelona, the apartement is on a good place to visit the town and to go for swimming. it is cleanful and comfortable. we enjoyed washing maschine and the two bathrooms. television wasn't work corectly and it was not possible to hear musik on the radio without interruption. the beds are very soft, the doublebed is only 140cm. shops, bakery and haridresser are nearby, also metro- and bus-stations.
