This amazing, 100m2 apartment is positioned right in the middle of the Gothic district and is only a three minute walk from the famous Las Ramblas. Sleeping up to ten people, this spacious, five-bedroom apartment in Barcelona has everything you would need and want for your trip to this beautiful city. Decorated in a very modern style, this apartment can be found within a 175 year old building that has plenty of charm and character. The living room, with gorgeous ceiling beams and parquet floor, has a comfortable sofa, TV and a large dining table.Each of the bedrooms is decorated in the same style as the rest of the apartment with a neutral co...lour scheme and modish furniture. All of the bedrooms have a double bed and there is plenty of storage space in this apartment for your belongings. Two of the bedrooms also have access to the balcony overlooking the typical Barcelona street below.The kitchen in this wonderful apartment is large and fully equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer and coffee maker as well as pots, pans and cutlery - everything you would need to prepare your home-cooked meals. There is also a small breakfast table in the kitchen.There are two bathrooms in this apartment, both beautifully decorated: one with a bathtub/shower and the other with a walk-in shower.This lovely apartment also has a washing machine and iron for your convenience. In the Barri Gòtic you will find the famous Barcelona Cathedral, as well as the political and public heart of Barcelona, Plaça de Sant Jaume , where the Generalitat de Catalunya operates.   bien situé dans le quartier gothique proche de tous les centres d'interet.Appartement propre et assez spacieux 5 chambres.
  les - 2 chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont bruyantes,une chambre problème d'humidité (proche de la S.de B.) le chauffage insuffisant si le temps est froid, pour 9 la vaisselle est insuffisante et les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas incluses. Attention, après 11h et jusqu'à 20h les voitures ne peuvent plus venir à la porte de l'immeuble pour charger les bagages Les détails des services réglés l'appartement est parfait.

  A real nightmare to avoid absolutely

  Noisy, dirty, not in accordance with equipment described,only one shower working on the two available, the same for toilets. really to be avoid, and do not trust or abuse by pictures you can see.destroy electric plug(dangerous for children), and door knob

  Myself and four friends enjoyed a four day break in apartment Palau. It centrally located, within walking distance to all the sights. Although not luxurious it catered adequately for our needs and would recommend it
