The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension east of the city center, located on the base of the hills of Montjuïc . The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which was once the center of Barcelona nightlife, and still contains many restaurants, bars, and clubs. The purpose of our trip in March 2013 was the Barcelona Marathon and of course some sight seeing. The location of the property couldn't be better. We were 2 mins from the start and finish of the marathon. We were on the doorstep for buses and metro too. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more. I can whole heartedly recommend this property.

This appartment was very nice. All the equipment is new and we have had a very nice time. Also the location is perfect. The bus to the airport is 3 minutes walking and the metro is also very close.

It was our first family trip in Spain. The flat was like the description. The problem should be for the car park, a real problem in BCN, not only for this rent.
