Located at Carrer Calderon de la Barca, this exciting apartment sits right at the skirts of the Carmel, one of the many hills that dot the city. It is within walking distance to the Park Güell, the world famous park designed by Antoni Gaudí and the second main landmark in Barcelona after Sagrada Familia by the same architect.

Integrated in a beautiful modernist building, this newly renovated apartment rests in a quiet residential area wit...h all the necessary conveniences close-by.

The apartment was renovated in 2009. The decoration combines white and black tones providing a minimalist feeling to the flat.

LIVING AREA

The lounge features a sofa-bed, dining table, coffee table, lamps, audiovisual equipment and a reading chair and has a direct exit to the balcony. The dining table sits 6 people.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM

The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are distributed as follows:

The master bedroom has 2 single beds, side table, lamps, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

The second room has two single beds in bunk bed style and a wardrobe.

The third room has a single bed, wardrobe, lamps and bedside tables.

The second bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

KITCHEN

Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the kitchen is also equipped with: ceramic-plate cooker and oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker.

EXTRAS

This apartment also includes:

Central heating, AC, intercom, washing machine and dryer, ironing equipment, hairdryer, bed linen and towels, TV/DVD, an iPod dock, and WiFi connection.

The price includes a weekly cleaning service (change of towels/sheets and overall cleaning) for reservations of over 7 days.
