Very nice and centrally located apartment near famous square Plaza Real, at the heart of the Gothic quarter, only few meters away from Las Ramblas, Gaudi Palau Guell, Bouqeria market and Liceu Opera, the Cathedral, main shopping streets, bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk away from the Barceloneta beach. Near the apartment you will find wide range of gastronomic and leisure offer.

We offer 2 apartments in the same building. The one 3 bedroom with 3 ensuite bathrooms and other 4 bedroom with 3 bathrooms.

Apartments are nicely furnished, fully equipped and unique with its central location. It has been recently renovated and ha...s beautifully designed bathrooms and rooms with new features. This one apartment consists of 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the other apartment has 3 bedrooms plus double sofa bed. 2 double rooms can be modified into twin rooms with 2 single beds. Apartment can host up to 9 guests. Rooms are decorated with some antique furnitures, has parquet floor, air conditioning and heaters in each room. As well there are 3 small nice balconies to enjoy views to Gothic streets and life.

There is fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave to prepare your own breakfast or other meals.

Two of the rooms and dinning area has nice small balconies.

Each room has double glazed windows to ensure peaceful sleeping. Sheets, towels and bed cover in all rooms.

Apartment is perfect to enjoy your city or beach holidays in couple, with family or group of friends.

You are welcome to book it for short term or longer stays and enjoy complete freedom in Barcelona.

Apartment is located in most central part of Barcelona, few meters away from Plaza Real and Las Ramblas. Just steptiong out of apartment you can start to enjoy Barcelona. All the bars , restaurants, beach, shops main historic parts are in waliking distance.

  The best thing about this apartment is that it is located in the old town close to all public transports and the beach. And also the room was very clean and comfortable.

  Good location but too expensive and poor service

  During my sojoum the building was going to be refurbished. To that effect the entrance area and the stairway look a little untidy and in the morning the elevator was often occupied by construction workers.
  The address is located near Plaza Real at the Ramblas and is very good to go out. A lot of places of interest are near and can be reached on foot or by metro. On the other hand it gets very loud in the evening while a lots of people are on the streets.
  The accommodation is rather a apartment than a hotel. There are 4 rooms with 3 bathrooms and a common room with a kitchen. The privacy is a little constrained because the (personal) bathrooms are side by side in the hall. Rooms and bathrooms are renovated and attempted to be tastily – but disregard the details.
  There is no personal present. Check in was unpunctual. Final cleaning has to be paid additional. No room service during the stay. Rooms have no TV or other multi media devices. You must pay cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
  Comparing to other accommodations the price is quite high. That might be related to the exhibition that takes place in parallel at the Fira Barcelona.

  Unfortunately we can not influence and any jobs in the building. And if there was works during your stay, we hope it did not bother your stay too much.
  All the rooms has double windows and if they both are well closed, it blocks the noise from the street.
  All guests are able to pay with credit card. As guests was staying in the apartment during 3GSM congress, when city is super full, the prices are higher then in regular season.
