This exclusive duplex penthouse is situated on the 16th floor of a stunning complex in Diagonal Mar. Accommodating up to a maximum of 10 people this is ideal for families and groups on vacation and business seeking a touch of luxury for their stay in one of Europe's most beautiful metropolises.

There are 3 twin bedrooms, which can be made into doubles on request all with spacious built in closets. There is also a separate storage area for bicycles, suitcases and beach equipment. The master bedroom is double en- suite and reading chairs from where guests can take in the panoramic views. All 3 bathrooms have impeccable marble finish and... completed in neutral tones. The living room features an open fireplace, white leather sofa, coffee table and dining table as well as flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. If you prefer to dine al fresco, just step out onto the private terrace equipped with dining table and chairs to enjoy an afternoon or evening with your group. The sleek kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay and all appliances are new. Also accessible from the penthouse is another separate roof terrace on the 17th floor with amazing sea and city views.

The apartment is situated in an exclusive complex with 2 swimming pools (including one childrens shallow pool) with changing area, childrens playground and 24 hour security. There is also access to gymnasium upon request. The area is perfect for those seeking a relaxed Mediterranean break with the beach just on the doorstep and the Gothic quarter of the city just a few stops away by direct metro line. The metro station Selva de Mar is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. If you are coming by car, parking is available within the complex also*.

With regards amenities, the area has everything you need for your stay including large shopping centre Diagonal Mar with all major high street retailers, a large hypermarket and there are an abundance of communal parks and gardens. Nearby is the Port Olimpic district with the marina, the casino and much of Barcelonas nightlife is centred here. There is an elevator in the building and bed linens and towels are provided for each guest in the apartment. Facilities include Wifi internet, hot/cool AC, intercom, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, electric kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, toaster and microwave and phone landline with free calls to other national landlines.
