The best location possible, really nice bars and cafes and galleries on your doorstop, but nice and quiet and not too touristy. The flat was a good size and the terrace would have been lovely, but we visited in November so didn't really use it. Also the flat was a little dingy. The furnishings are quite basic and the lighting wasn't great - such a shame because the flat could be amazing with a tiny bit more thought. But everything we needed was there and we enjoyed our stay.

We liked this apartment very much with a few exceptions. It was very large and very clean with a huge outside terrace if you are visiting in "terrace weather". the apartment is also very conveniently located. We were able to walk to the beach, all parts of the Born, the Gothic quarter and to the Ramblas. There was also a grocery a half block from us. We had just come from an apartment in Madrid that had a local phone. Because we did not have an international or local cell, we did feel cut off. There was also something wrong with the television which has probably since been fixed. The owner is very likeable.

very good location, quiet and clean flat, perfect with a child, the terrace is a plus. We've stayed there twice and really enjoy it.
