Bon l'apprtement ressemble à laphoto pas de surprise.
Par contre, 3 points négatifs :
1- la clim était un peu malade elle fonctionnait mais de l'eau coulait ça était réparé assez rapidement 2 jours avant notre départ heureusement que nous avons eu qu'un seul jour de canicule de tout le séjour.
2- une odeur d'humidité ou pire certains jours provenait de la salle de bain elle est propre etc.. mais c'était un peu désagréable surtout quand la chambre à coucher est juste à côté
3- je me suis retrouvée nez à pied un matin avec un gigantesque cafard c le seul que j'ai croisé mais bon l'expérience était peu agréable.
Globalement, l'appart est bien situé dans une rue relativement calme et assez éloigné et proche de l'animation avec beaucoup de commerce de proximité

10 mn en bus de laplace christophe colomb
3 station del passeig gracia
la localisation était idéale.
Enfin l'accueil était sympa bravo ...!
