Towels were missing upon arrival.
Bedding was stained.
The photos were massively glamourised compared with reality.

We are surprised to hear that you were not satisfied with this apartment.
The average rating for this apartment is 3.5 points (from 4 possible points) and you will also find on our website many positive feedbacks from previous guests.
We take the client comments very serious and all the apartments are visited regularly to keep the necessary standard.
Unfortunately you did not get in touch with the ower or our agency during your stay to tell us about any problem. The owner would have been happy to come to the apartment immediately to exchange bedlinen and towels. They were provided for 4 people staying as indicated in your reservation ticket, but the owner could have provided
more towels if being informed.
You could also have contacted our agency at any time (we provide a 24 h emergency phone).
A part of your group has been let into the apartment upon arrival (without payment) but as you were the one to settle the payment for the balance and arrived after 8 pm - the contact person had to come back again in the evening and charged therefore the late-checkin-fee.
As a customer, you are right to share to the travel community your own experience. But we would have been more than pleased to assist you if we had been notified.
Be sure we are there to help and we have an excellent level of client satisfaction.
