When I first arrived at the airport, I gave Raymundo the owner a call and he guided me to Passieg De Gracia tube station and then on to the apartment (10 mins walk max) where he met me for the induction. He took me through all the particulars and even provided a map of Barcelona which he marked out some great spots to visit.
The apartment had everything we could need as a young fun, loving couple and also included things useful to a small family with things such as iron/board, washing machine and an area for drying clothes.
The decor was modern and cool with some nice art and furniture, the place was clean and the bathroom had a nice sized shower. If the weather was bad (it wasn't), there's a stereo (inc mp3 cable), books and a tv and dvd player (dvd's included).
Raymundo was very helpful and I'd really recommend this place as it's got everything you need, is close to some nice restaurants and also close enough to walk down to the beach/La Rambla (25 mins). -

Very satisfactory apartment. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with excellent restaurants, just four blocks from the Passeig de Gracia. We arrived in Barcelona by train and had no trouble getting to the apartment by metro. Raymundo, the manager, communicates well in English and was extremely helpful -- met us promptly, helped orient us to the city, and gave us his mobile phone number for backup. Apartment is not large but has all the necessary amenities, including kitchen with stove, refrigerator and dining area, air conditioning, hot shower, clothes washer, internet wifi. Clean, quiet, and secure.

The Manhattan apartment was everything it said it was! The location was superb to anything we wanted to see but was quiet enough to get a goods night sleep. The landlords were brilliant to work with and so helpful. We loved out stay and hope to come back in the next few years!

El sitio es fantastico y muy acogedor. El unico punto son las vistas al exterior que no hay pero estando dentro no las necesitas porque se esta realmente bien. Fue una excelente eleccion!!
