Picasso Duplex is an excellent choice for an apartment in Barcelona. It is in a wonderful location-on beautiful wide Passeig del Picasso in the Born area, opposite the Ciutedella park. All the vibrant life of Born is just around the corner twenty paces form the front door of the building, but inside it is very tranquil.
The apartment is well equipped and furnished tastefully. It has quick, responsive wifi and good quality appliances. A winer for us was that there are two furnished terraces opening off the living room - one directly outside and one up a few steps to the top of the building.
Bedroom and bathroom are on the lower level and living room, kitchen and access to the terraces are upstairs.
A design fault that makes the bathroom a bit less than great needs attention and it was getting it just after our stay. Information manuals should be provided in the apartment for equipment and the area.
Cocoon was great to deal with - patient with endless emails beforehand and charming whilst there.
Go to Picasso Duplex; it is a great choice. -

Very nice accommodation. Clean, everything you need was there. A nice terras to chill on at the end of the day. It was great.

We spent 5 nights in this unit. Whilst quiet and secure, the unit is walking distance from the trendy shops, cafes and Tapas bars of El Borne. It was a bit smaller than expected but still plenty of room tolounge around - especially on the fabolous terrace.
We stayed closer to the Ramblas in another unit due to being stranded by the volcanic eruption in Iceland. The other property as twice the price and only half as nice..
